Joe is excellent! He came on time, worked efficiently, was pleasant and helpful and cleaned up everything before he left. Of course, he was careful about wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance. In my ignorance, I had previously hired a Rotor Rooter person who came 6 hours late despite lies saying he was almost there! He was slovenly and rude and wanted a huge amount of money.
