I thought I had a leak in the plumbing due to some discoloration in my hardwood floor, I noticed a couple of floor panels had turned black. So right away I called Caccia Plumbing. That was the best call I've ever made. They sent Kameron Tanouye out to my residence and he didn't waste any time, immediately he checked my water meter, he discovered that it had nothing to do with the plumbing so after investigating some more Kameron found out that water was seeping through the bottom grout area where the tub meets the grout in one of my showers and around the whole basin (through the seams) And the water was traveling underneath the basin to the hardwood floor underneath. Once he found the problem Kameron immediately resealed all my caulking in the shower and then checked some of the wet floor panels for mold, sure enough there was a small area of mold so he took care of that too permanently . I was very impressed with Kameron, he is not only professional but also very patient in explaining to me everything he was doing so I too would understand what he was doing every step of the way.Kameron, words are not enough to thank you. If I could I'd give you 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you for taking care of everything!!

Jaime and Bou fixed a plumbing leak under my slab foundation. They had to remove a toilet, cut through the concrete floor, locate the leak, repair it, test to make sure there were no additional leaks and then back fill the hole and pour new concrete. ...all of this in a very small water closet without damaging the walls or cabinet. They were careful, fast, professional, and thorough. I'd definitely recommend Bou and Jaime of Caccia plumbing to anyone!

We can't recommend Caccia Plumbing. Kameron did an excellent job problem solving and going above and beyond. Mr. Caccia, if you're reading this, give this man a raise! We had a very difficult plumbing issue to solve and Kameron did a great job thinking outside the box and coming up with a solution. He wouldn't leave until the job was done properly, even avoiding many missed calls from his ""other half"". Apologies to his wife for him being late for dinner that night.

Abnan was superb - highly knowledgeable, familiar with Hans Grohe faucet installation, caring with our 70 yo porcelain kitchen sink and kitchen tiles, personable -( addressed us by our names), kept us updated about progress and recommendations ( replaced emergency turn off under sink), hardworking. for a lot of ""problems"", they ""suggested"" could be an issue, we didn't need or ask for; basically: ""we are plumbers, we charge a lot and we love to spend your money""
they didn't really explain what they thought the problem or make me feel comfortable with their wishes to spend $4,000 of my money on things I didn't ask for.
and after the problem was resolved, it was not what they said it was.

I live in San Mateo and my water heater is leaking water out of the Temperature & Pressure Valve. I called Caccia plumbing and Dino Canaku came to my house to diagnose. He is so knowledgeable and patient, explaining how the water pressure and water heater unit work together. As extra bonus he told me that the water meter is running and showed me where all the shutoffs (to house and garden) are, even though that has nothing to do with the problem and he didn't charge me for any of that explanations. I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism Dino shows. Thank you!
