Happy to say we are very pleased with the work Cabrillo Plumbing did for us.
We had a backed up laundry tub drain and Robert Burkett came out and solved the problem in less than 1/2 hour. Robert was well organized, neat and very tidy. We would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem and Cabrillo did everything they said they would to get the job done.

It was a dark and stormy night...and our furnace went out! I called Cabrillo and got an appointment right away. Here is the story of my great experience:
1) The appointment: it was easy to schedule and I even received reminder texts complete with a photo and background of my technician, Rob - who is now my friend!
2) The diagnosis: Rob showed up on time every bit the professional. He looked at my furnace, diagnosed the problem and clearly explained my options. He even invited me to watch the diagnosis process and taught me a bit, about how my furnace worked so I could better understand what he was doing.
3) The repair: I received a clear, written estimate after which Rob completed the job quickly and neatly.
4) The good extras: Rob explained the benefits of their maintenance program and that by signing up I would save money in the end. All made sense to me so I joined - and I am glad I did.
5) Prologue: After he fixed the furnace, Rob asked if there was anything else. I mentioned a leaky pip that we recently noticed. That leaky pipe was the tip of an iceberg. Rob spent 45 minutes taking photos and examining the affected areas. He gave me my options and, again, I opted for the bigger job of replacing the bathroom plumbing and toilet. As my house is 94 years old, this was the better option for me, which I consider an investment.
6) The sequel: Rob, Jeff, and Erich returned at the end of the week to completely replace all my bathroom plumbing and install a new toilet. The job was superb!
7) More good extras: While they worked they noticed that my hot water line to my washer was about to burst. They replaced the line at no charge, saving me from a potential ""emergency"" and a mess. Rob also noted that the hot water heater and adjoining vent was not in good shape and worked up an estimate for replacement. I took the replacement option for the following week.
8) Drama: coincidentally the 10 year-old hot water heater decided to die the next day. Rob came out on an emergency visit and got it replaced for me prior to the big replacement job scheduled for the end of the week.
9) Final scenes: my vent replacement job included removing asbestos pipe and Rob coordinated it expertly. Another superb job, which will add value to my home.
10) Epilogue: while replacing the vent I asked for the main water valve to be replaced, as it was not in good shape. Rob went above the call and replaced the whole intake system at the same cost as the original estimate for the one valve.
I cannot say enough good things about Cabrillo Plumbing, Rob Burkett, or the other technicians. Thank you for taking the stress out of this endeavor.

I had a really bad sink clog. I called Cabrillo in Burlingame and the service was awesome from first call to Patrick Longo arriving and fixing things. They were prompt, up front on costs, did great work and were very fast. I felt that price was fair and that they really wanted to do a great job. Highly recommend and would use again.

We called Cabrillo to help us unclog three slow drains. Simple solution of snaking and would probably take about 30 minutes to do the job. They were going to charge us $800!!!!! I couldn't believe it. What a rip off!!! I bought a CLR Instant Plumber for $19 and unclogged all my drains on my own. I will never call or use them again! I would have appreciated some honesty and would have paid $150 for them to do the job for me, understanding it is a convenience to have someone else do a simple task. BUT $800!!! Give me a break!

These guys are consistently pros. They are honest and know what they are doing. They wear booties into the house to keep it clean and never try to up-sell us. Frank Cichetti was just in to fix our heater and did a great job of diagnosing and repairing what was wrong. Five thumbs up.

WOW! Cabrillo blew me away. First of all, someone answered the phone at 6:30 am. Next, someone from scheduling called back almost immediately letting me know they would have a tech out same day to look at my broken furnace. When Frank Cichetti arrived on-site, he was professional, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly of all -- not only did he take care of the problem and order a part -- I felt like he really helped educate me about a wide range of options to get the heat running again, none of which he was pushing one way of the other.

His approach to helping me understand the current technology and opportunities was superb. The parts for an off-brand, no-name furnace that is who knows how old were identified, ordered and even arrived a day early. Frank and Cabrillo got back to me right away and were back with the parts and had them installed in no time. In about 36 hours we were back up and running with a fully functional heater at what felt like a reasonable price point given that the motor had been fried. Thank goodness they found an alternative that didn't require a whole new furnace right now.

My guess is we will eventually have to replace the entire system at some point, and when we do -- I know who to call. In the meantime, the house is once again cozy. Thanks!!!!!!

Wonderful service! Responsive, direct, on time clear. Resolved a major problem two other plumbers could not identify. It is very unnerving to have an unidentifiable leach in your kitchen. They fixed it quickly and did not overcharge even though they easily could have.
