While Cabrillo may be a bit pricey, they are worth every penny! I've used a few different plumbing companies in the past but returned to Cabrillo a few years ago because they always do the job right the first time, their office staff are helpful and have a sense of urgency that matches mine and their plumbers are the most knowledgeable that I've worked with. Recently, we had Randy M. Come out and unclog our kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue, hung in there when the clog turned out to be more stubborn than we thought, did a quality control check to make sure downstream plumbing was still working fine and left his work area cleaner than when he arrived! All that AND my very fussy dog liked him too. Thank you Randy!

Absolutely outstanding! From scheduling to completion, professional all around. Our technician, Robert, was amazing - technically adept, personable, and able to put things in 'normal lingo' for the non-heating professional. THEN, after doing the heating maintenance and installing a new thermostat, I mentioned to Robert about a toilet issue (something with not refilling all the time) and he told the problem and when I asked if he could fix it this visit he said ""Of course"".
And I loved the bio that Cabrillo sends out about the person who is going to show up. They are quirky and fun snippets about the person who is going to show up - ""Robert backpacked Costa Rica for 3 weeks and he is still with us!"" (maybe not exactly the wording but close).

Spoke with Sal and he was so helpful and flexible in attending to my needs when it came to a garbage disposal replacement and faucet replacement. They charge by the job and not by the hour. Overall, the customer service is excellent and they will do their best to get the work done. Thanks!

Called Cabrillo Plumbing concerning descaling my tankless water heater. Matthew was the young man that was sent to do this procedure. He did a flawless job of descaling my tankless water heater. He was extremely polite and answered all my questions concerning the descaling. The area was left the way it was found. Neat and tidy. So I highly recommend Matthew for any of your plumbing problems.
