I have had a very satisfying experience with Santiago and his crew. I'm on a second project with this team and very pleased. the crew are polite , hard working , on time, great at their job . I honestly can't find too much to criticize .
we are almost done and awaiting counter top . I give them 5 stars.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR. See the photos on his website well far different than the work done on my patio. Such horrible shoddy work and what kills me is that I paid him because I am not a hardass and hate to go toe to toe since I don't have the energy I once had. When I called him to the house yesterday, he came saw the disgusting work done, admitted it was not done right but refused to offer any suggestions how to correct it, but just turned his back on me and left telling me how I was wasting his time...but it is alright I wasted thousands of dollars. He then admitted he built upon the cement used for the old patio which was over 40 years ago. I had also requested he repair or repoint the front steps, a year later the cement between the stones is crumbled and hollow. I have no recourse but to submit a review and he knows it. He stole thousands of dollars from me but I want to warn others.
