I like good communication, punctuality and quality.
Our home is so much nicer with repair, replacement, without shopping. His suggestions for our final decision were very good. The quality of purchased items very good.

Example- Master Tub Hot/cold handles were stripped. I needed that replacement but I expected to live with a rubber stopper and no cover on the overflow! He found the right items and installed each!

No more Jerry rigging or duct tape covers on our big tub!

Our dishwasher vent was having issues due to a clogged disposal, and we had problems in our kids bathroom. Erik was quick to respond to our quote request (within minutes), and came by the very next day despite having a full schedule. He took care of our dishwasher issue in minutes, and provided guidance on the bathroom (we need a new toilet which Erik will install). Excellent handy man. Erik was on time, explained in details what he's was doing and why. He replaced our toilet and flooring for our 2nd floor bathroom.
