Employee Chris was on-time and very professional. He provided a price quote and we adjusted it for other options. The job was done perfectly and everything was explained along the way. He checked for leaks before moving to the next task that needed to be done and then checked again once the entire job was complete. I am very confident this work was done right and it looks good. He cleaned up the area, did not even use my trash can in the kitchen where he was working.

Safety is number 1 priority, he showed up with his mask on and shoe covers. Very responsive for a same day and Sunday repair. Assessed the situation quickly and effectively. My recommendation....CALL CA Plumbing & Drain FIRST!.....We woke up to NO HOT WATER! I saw the Circuit Breaker was tripped. I reset it and it tripped again after a few minutes. The internet said it's probably just a simple inexpensive Thermostat problem. I requested a Plumber on line and Chris responded within an hour! He came right out and upon inspection, our Water Heater was leaking and corroded! Chris said that he could get us a new Water Heater and install it TODAY...but I was thinking this was going to be a very expensive ordeal....NOT SO! Chris left and returned with a new Water Heater. He worked for 5 hours removing my old Water Heater from a very tight and difficult spot, cutting pipes and Professionally installing a new Water Heater.... and the Bill was VERY REASONABLE!! In fact, because Chris charged us for the JOB and not HOURLY, the Bill was probably HALF of what another Plumbing Company would have charged.....PLUS, Chris is a very nice guy!

Would recommend Chris to any neighbors or friends. He quickly responded to the call. My husband was trying to install a toilet pump and broke water connection. We quickly ran out bought a new toilet and he installed and fixed. Thank you for your excellent service!
