Chris Johnson is aces. After getting the run-around from one of the """"big"""" companies trying to fix a low-pressure issue, Chris was able to diagnose the problem in 15 minutes. A problem that the other guys couldn't figure out in 3 visits. Anybody can fix a toilet or install a water heater. But when you need someone who actually has experience and can diagnose a problem, Chris is your man. I have a new plumber. VERY pleased.

Chris saved us thousands of dollars by installing three excellent sump pumps in our garage and crawl space. Everyone else wanted to do big-time excavation first to address our water problem, and Chris suggested three well-positioned sump pumps with solid reliability. Well, after years of rain, then the basement flood, it ended. The pumps have worked flawlessly ever since. We hear the rain, then the very faint sound of the pump at night. Best sound in the world. Not a drop on the floor since. We are 100% satisfied in Chris, his work ethic, and his wisdom. He is a true professional.

Have used this guy 4-5 times. Could have been ripped off by this guy many times. I don't know anything about what he does, don't even understand what the guy is talking about half the time but when he comes out because I hear a crazy noise from a pump and he only charges me the service fee because there was nothing wrong, that's the guy to go to again and again. He could have charged me anything and told me anything...but didn't. His honesty kept me as a customer.
