Do not use Cecil he is a NO SHOW ON JOBS does not return calls and is extremely unreliable and doesn't start working the job before 10:30 if he does show up I do not recommend hiring Cecil and c3 ever for any job I seen other poor reviews on his company but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I wanted to use a local contractor big mistake he never did show up to complete the job What a horrible experience with Cecil and C3 BEWARE DO NOT USE

C3 home improvement Iberia Ohio (Cecil) is the most unorganized/ unreliable contractor I have ever seen he is late to the job site by a couple hours each time, or he just doesn't show up to do the job, he does NOT return phone calls or texts, and if you do see him elsewhere he will lie to your face promising he will be down to do the job and still doesn't show up. This guy does NOT deserve a hard working family's money.
I would NEVER recommend Cecil and his C3 home improvement company for any job anywhere. I seen other negative reviews about him and his company but wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt due to him being local. Huge MISTAKE
