So far I have had two amazing experiences with this team!

The first was last year on New Years' Eve when my kitchen sink completely backed up and caused our bathrooms to clog as well. I didn't think there would be any chance I'd get service on NYE, but he arrived within a few hours! He was professional, very efficient, and friendly. His prices were more than fair and he didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday.

The second was a few days ago and our master shower clogged, as did our toilets. He showed up within hours from when I called, which meant he arrived at 9pm. I knew it would be late and I felt bad for dragging him out late but he didn't mind and I SO appreciated it! He was in and out within an hour, bye bye clog, and another very fair and reasonable price.

The first time I worked with Usama, he came out on a Sunday evening to finish a toilet repair job that I'd botched (yay, DIY). He was patient, kind and prepared and got the job done with no fuss. Two months later, when my water heater started leaking, Usama was my first call. He was able to talk me through temporarily mitigating the issue and came out the next morning (exactly on time!) to replace the water heater in the expected amount of time at a great price. A few days later, I realized the water wasn't running as hot as it should so he came again and made the necessary adjustments at no additional charge - just considered it part of the job. I would recommend Usama to anyone who is looking for a good, reliable plumber who puts customer service at the top of his list.

Usama is a life saver! Our apartment unit was backed up and was very close to flooding our bathroom. Luckily, Usama answered my message on Yelp and was over in just a few hours in the middle of the night. He fixed the issue at a very reasonable price, especially for having to come out so late. Two toilets are clogged. Water level is up in the tub and there comes wet stain from the ceiling downstairs. They come to fix the problems in the whole afternoon and evening. Able to clean the places after they fix those problems. Cost conscious for customer too.
