Our tenant had a sudden drainage issue throughout her apartment. Usama personally responded to my request (always a good sign), provided an estimate, and was on site 12 hours later. The issue was more serious than expected, but Usama and his team managed to solve the problem and even honored the original quote despite spending an extra amount of time on the job. Usama and his team were friendly, courteous and completely transparent about the whole process. Bonus points - they were extremely tidy (rarity for plumbers) and left everything same as they found it. Highly recommended!

Usama responded very quickly and he knows his stuff! His rates are also reasonable. The toilet was backing up and starting to smell bad. He diagnosed the problem very quickly! He was very professional and friendly and agreed to work with my Home Warranty service to see if I could get reimbursed. Contacted Usama with C Williams Plumbing to install a utility sink in the garage next to washer and dryer. After we purchased a sink, we called Usama and told him that we had purchased one and made arrangements for him to install. He came with Eric. There were some issues with the old piping which had to be replaced. He was accurate with the time that he estimated to complete project. We had him change the bathroom faucet which was not originally planned. He replaced it without hesitation. The total cost of job along with the unplanned faucet replacement was reasonable, it was in the middle of the bids we received. He cleaned up the installation area and the bathroom sink area. He worked on Sunday to complete the job since we were on a timetable. The price quoted was no different if he did the job in the middle of the week. Will definitely keep his name and number on spee

I contacted a couple of local contractors to convert an electric range to a gas range. No one except Usama knew what exactly needs to be done without even coming onsite for an inspection. Over the phone, he told me that he will run a new gas line from the main gas line just for the range. He also told me that if the main gas line doesn't have an earthquake shut off valve already installed, then we need to install one because otherwise the city will not approve it. This explains the experience and knowledge that he has. By this time, I knew that I would hire him for this project and he didn't disappoint me. Everything was done in a timely manner and perfectly. He made sure that everything was done according to the code and the new line passed the city inspection. I will go to him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Came home on a Friday night to find a big puddle near our sink with the culprit being a leaking faucet from the supply lines. Gone are the times when you can get late night or weekend plumbers, but Usama and Eric quickly replied to my post on Yelp. They arrived on time and replaced the faucet. They took their shoes off without my asking and took safety precautions. They also replaced the outside water shutoff as the other one was rusted. The price was fair for both items. They also cleaned up the mess and left our house as they found it, with a new faucet to boot. Would definitely call them and use them In the future.

Usama, Eric and their crew did an excellent job re-piping the whole house and installing a new water heater. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism and work ethic.

During the initial assessment, Usama and Eric did a thorough diagnosis of existing plumbing problems plus explained what needed to be done in layman's terms. The quoted price was very reasonable, and they were able to pull permits for us as well. With these reasons, we were able to make a hiring decision very quickly.

Usama brought a full crew of 8 to work on site. Because of that all the work was able to be done efficiently within a day. The installed water heater had some manufacturer issue. Usama and Eric ended up working extra late to make sure that was well taken care of. The amount of attention and care they put into their work was remarkable.

Communication with Usama was very quick and easy. We had a wonderful experience working with the crew from start to end. We would wholeheartedly recommend C Williams Plumbing to others. Thank you!

Selected them for 5 jobs which they completed last week: replacement of 3 outdoor hose bibs (one of which required soldering an extension on to the copper pipe feeding it), replacing a bathroom sink Moen valve (an under counter job) and replacing a filtered water faucet (also an under counter job). I supplied the new Moen valve and new faucet, and C Williams supplied the 3 new hose bibs.

Usama called to let us know he was on the way and arrived at the appointed time. He and his associate put on booties to protect our floors. I was very happy with their work and professionalism, and the cost charged. They had given me a firm quote based upon photos that I sent them, and stuck to the quoted price except for an adder due to the need to do the soldering work.
