We had a really bad clog in the sink that wouldn't clear with draino, a snake, etc. We called C Williams and Usama helped us. He quoted us over the phone, came out within a few hours and fixed the clog within 30 minutes. He was great, and very reasonable. Will definitely call him with any future problems!

Later, we were able to fix the clog ourselves. Usama and his team were totally courteous throughout the experience. I too am giving a huge ""thumbs up"" to Usama. I chose him based on his Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Our washing machine drains into a laundry sink in the garage and even using a drain filter, the accumulated lint from the washer eventually causes back up. But...rather than making his first move to bring out the snake, Usama says to me, ""let's see if I can save you some money"" and before snaking the drain he tried the plunger. He gave it his best shot, but the clog was pretty bad and he needed to snake it after all. But how often does it happen that a plumber offers to save you money?! He also replaced the P trap. He was punctual, clean, polite and took the extra time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. You can tell this man likes his job. Would I hire him again? You bet I would! I am recommending him to my friends and family who may be in need of a plumber.

Usama is such a life saver. My fiancée and I were noticing that the drains throughout our house were not draining for a few days. This was incredibly worrisome because washing our hands and taking showers are so important during the pandemic. We were also unsure of what to do and were hesitant to call anyone into our home during the shelter-in-place. Usama reassured us that he would wear personal protective equipment and maintain a safe distance whenever we had to discuss the details of the repair. He quickly found that our main sewer line was backed up and proceeded to work his magic. He installed a cleanup sewer access to clear the line and to have in place for any future sewer services. He is literally the reason we can clean our hands and keep a sanitized home environment today. Usama deserves nothing but praise and thanks from us and we just had to let everyone know. Amazing Job!

They came to replace our toilet on a late Sunday morning. Extremely professional, respectful, and hard working. Kept the area clean and hauled away defunct parts. Got the job done in less than an hour.

Where do I start? My parents have been dealing with a broken heater for a while. It's quite sad to even talk about it because I had no idea what was going on and had no clue where or who to go to. I did the normal and started calling local plumbers around the East and South Bay. The quotes and price estimates where ridiculous and especially with COVID-19 going around, I couldn't just leave my parents with a broken (leaking) heater. I called Usama at C Williams plumbing and immediate, right off the bat, you can hear the sincereness and respect he has for his customers and business. I was afraid the price and the services would be too expensive and take too long, but it was quite the contrary. Usama immediately understood my situation and gave me an amazing, and trust me when I tell you, AMAZING price. I called him late in the evening/night and he was able to make it first thing in the morning. He quickly analyzed and found the problem with my parents heater and he had the job done in no time. Trust me when I tell you, you won't find a better plumbing service in the Bay Area

Just wanted to thanks to the team and wanted to share story with you guys. Yesterday my water heater went out My house starting to smell like gas I got worried. So I went on yelp and found these guys ! I called that when I met usama I called around 3 pm he told me he can take a look at it. They first stop by around 4:30 pm they inspected everything told me I needed a whole new one. At this point my I didn't want my mother to wash in cold water and by the way usama saw that we had full house. He look at me said give me few hours. Around 8:30pm I got a call saying we found all your parts and a new water heater. I was so amazed on how fast they made this happen. Thanks to his team in a matter hour we had hot water!!! Some people actually love there job that's one thing I can say about this company ! There's not a lot of people like you guys around. Thank you for everything !

Told me they'd be sending estimate. It never came so I checked back in with them and they never responded. At least have the courtesy to say you're not going to do the job or send an estimate.
