I had a sewer problem and these guys came out and was able to get the work done quickly and for a fair price. During the process they also discovered the water line had an issue and was able to get that taken care of for me as well. Overall, very satisfied with the service as they were able to get this done in a few hours and my water and sewer were both back online.

Usama repiped our whole house from galvanized pipes to copper within one day. He responds very fast, professional, and he quoted me a very fair price.

He installed an Aquasana water filtration system for me that I purchased, and also installed a garbage disposal.

Usana also has a couple of subcontractors that took care of the 11 drywall holes, and they even matched the paint I had! I can barely even tell that there were holes in the wall before.

He also has an electrician that converted some of my two prong outlets to GFCI. They also installed a bathroom fan that previously only had a window for ventilation.

Been waiting a while to write this review but Usama was highly responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Saturday night before Easter I was showering and the hot water completely stopped. I checked my tankless water heater and saw water dripping from it which seemed it was leaking. It was late at night and I sent a bunch of requests on Yelp and Usama was the first to respond. He said he'd come out in the morning to take a look at it.

When he got there I gave a brief description of what's going on and he described the problem exactly without even opening up the unit which told me he has a lot of experience, is knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. He gave me a reasonable estimate (it was Easter Sunday and I didn't feel like he gouged me at all!) and worked the afternoon to replace the water heater with one I picked up from Home Depot because his supplier was closed. 3 weeks later everything is hot and NOT leaking.

But really the 5 stars is for his service, his professionalism and responsiveness. I highly recommend.

Originally reached out to Usama to get three toilets installed but in the meantime got a toilet leak problem. Usama responded quickly through messages on a holiday weekend and came the next Monday to fix the leak and install the toilets.

The fees were fair for the nature of the work. Additionally Usama and his partner were very polite and finish the job promptly and cleanly. I am going to use his service going forward for my plumbing needs.
