Terry and Aaron dropped what they were doing and calmed my family as they figured out how to unlock the car. They were able to unlock it with their plumbing tools and quick thinking. Cannot recommend this company enough. We have been great friends with the owner for many years. They are awesome and do great work. We had issues in 3 bathrooms. I had been fixing issues for the last few months until we finally had to call experts in. They were at our house within the hour. All issues fixed. Very polite and professional crew. Hopefully we will not need them for a while. However, if you have plumbing issues, these are the folks to call.

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me.

In a new bathroom plumbed by C W Wood, the toilet stopped up repeatedly. On the last service call, I was billed for 4 hours at $160/hour ($640) despite the fact that the apprentice they sent clearly had no idea what he was doing. He failed to solve the problem, spent most of his time standing around, talking on his phone, and refused to look at a second problem (a dripping faucet) in his 'wait' time. He waited until a second crew came and solved the issue, doing little more than pulling and reinstalling the toilet. My follow up with the owner resulted in a token reduction in my bill, solely to appease me. The toilet was loose after the service call, and was ultimately reseated (a broken flange) by a different company. I would be wary of having an inexperienced crew sent to your call. Joel was great. I wish he had been sent in the first place.
