Do NOT use CT's Super Snake Plumbing. They took my $500 and never did the plumbing work. When I tried (for weeks) to contact them - they didn't return my calls. When my wife finally got them on the phone (by using a different number) they came up with the excuse that they weren't able to get a permit because were having trouble getting insurance. I talked with code enforcement in NRH and they said they've had multiple complaints from other residents.

I never write reviews, but this company has pissed off our entire household. We had a clog and had stuff coming up out of our bath tub drain and stand up drain/toilet wasnt flushing. The guy came out, "fixed" the drain. We came home to find it was running the same way. Called him (he came out that same night we called him) which was nice. Unclogged it and found that there are roots growing in our pipes. He offered to go under our house and check out the pipes, so we set up a date. I cleaned out my entire closet so they could get under there through the opening (a month ago this day was scheduled) he didnt show up. He never called or said anything, so we called and scheduled another time(no show) and another time(no show). No contact from them WHATSOEVER. So my room has been a complete mess FOR A MONTH because I have been waiting for someone to come look at it. Nothing major scheduled to be worked on but you cant spare an hour to look at it? Why schedule if YOU CANT MAKE IT THERE. We just wanted some help but this company has lost our business $300 down the drain (oh wait it's still clogged)

My expierence with CT Supersnake is terrible. They do not EVER show up on time and if you can get them to come out its the shodiest work I ever seen. I let them re-pipe a rent house crappy work. 2 months ago they were suppose to strap the the new lines still have'nt. I've had it with them and I think I' ll call the city , he told me he would pull a permit and I never saw a permit on the job.. I honestly do not know how he stays in business I guess its giving people the BUSINESS.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. I needed a simple cartridge change in a shower. The tech came out and stripped the screw in my valve. He said that since it was stripped he would have to come back out. He came back out a week or so later but told me that he had the wrong part. That was about 3 months ago. The company doesn't even have someone actually answering the phone. I have called nearly a dozen times and had to leave messages each time. I have not ONCE received a call back from my messages. This was work done under home warranty and finally I called them and told them about the issue. They were able to actually get in touch with CT. I explained all the issues that I have had and he scheduled for them to come out a couple days later. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP! I have called numerous times since and they still don't return my calls. I called the home warranty company again and explained that SuperSnake no-showed on me and refused to call me. They called CT and spoke with him and then told me that he would be calling me immediately to discuss this. He never called. I eventually called a different plumber and he came out promptly. He told me that since the screw was stripped that changing the cartridge will likely require ruining the shower hardware, cutting out a section of my drywall and replacing the hardware. Something that SHOULD have been a simple cartridge change has turned into a cluster because of this company's mistake and to top it all of they simply ignore me. They must know that they messed this up because I haven't even been able to tell them yet.

These guys were great at first but when I called back to tell them they did not fix the problem it got bad. They promised to come out twice and never showed then when I called the man I talked to was very rude to me. When I told him that I was not available that morning and that I put my day on hold twice last week for them and they never came out, so I feel they need to bend to my schedule a little.. he asked me what my point was? Then when he asked what time can they come out and I said afternoon he said well what time do you think it is? (It was only 11am at that time). He was just a complete jerk and his behavior was super unprofessional.

Super Snake was contacted on Wednesday for a toilet issue, and they can't send someone until Saturday. I have a house full of teenagers in the summertime -and I'm not sure I want to wait for this company ...Plumbing issues need immediate response. I will update my review if I end up using them, but the fact that I'm not given the same day service ERKS me.

Last night, we went out our front door to discover our drive-way was completely soaked. We checked and sure enough, our water heater was busted. I called several companies before finding C T's Super Snake. Every company treated me like their time was more valuable than mine, but not CT! His receptionist immediately said, "We can fix you today". Not only did they come immediately, but my total was well under 1000 bucks for a new unit + installation. CT is super friendly, explains everything he's doing, and tells you how you can prolong the life of your unit. I mentioned a water pressure/heat issue in our main bathroom and he took about 10 minutes to look at it and told me how to fix it myself, for much cheaper! If you need any type of plumbing, please look no further than here! I recommend a million times over!!!!

These people were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous and quick to resolve my water heater issue. They replaced it the water heater the same day I called. I'm so glad I called them.
