Craig is awesome! Had some plumbing issues at our home. Craig was on time, very polite and respectful to my wife. My wife thought she had a problem with a new fixture so she called Craig back. He sent one of his other plumbers to our home because the other plumber could respond faster. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the plumbing fixture. The problem was operator error. It is great to know that Craig has our backs.
If you ever need a great plumber, at a fair price, please give Craig a call.

I had Craig come out on 10/13/2020 to take a look at items that were identified on a home inspection report and also look at a competitors quote.

Craig and his associate showed up on time, spent over an hour getting into crawl spaces and examining each item, and then explaining why it did not make sense to do any work.

While it turns out I didn't need any repairs I know that Craig is honest, hardworking and offers a fair price for the quality work he provides. If and when the time comes that I need a plumber again I will most certainly be calling C-tech. I highly recommend you do so as well.

Craig is a friendly, honest and analytical licensed plumber who knows what he is doing. He is able to explain a problem and how to solve it. He is quick with his work and on time. I have used Craig's service twice. Once in 2016, when he took care of a pipe in the kitchen and then today when I had an emergency in a bathroom. While his price may initially not look like the cheapest in town, it still pays off to hire him, because he delivers quality work.

I've used Craig for several jobs around the house -- unclogging a bathroom drain, replacing a water heater, and relocating a gas line for our stove -- and I've been satisfied every time. He does quality work. We have an older home, and he was able to replace our water heater in a very tight space while adding a pan and an automatic shutoff valve should it ever leak, all while keeping the install neat and tidy. Recommended.

Absolutely overpriced for the value. I wanted to support a small business but we got absolutely ripped off. $668 to fix a leak in an outdoor, below-the-ground pipe. I don't think he understands the basics of business--a business thrives by adding value. And doing so repeatedly. Not by overcharging customers. I even tried to explain this to him but to avail.

We will never use this business again.

Had c-tech plumbing to snake the main drain that was backing up . Maybe a 30 minute job . Fast and efficient but 225 dollars ??? I think this a bit much.

We had our water heater go down and thought it was a simple fix until we took it apart and realized we needed a special part so we reached out to c-tech plumbing. Craig is an honest and professional guy. Felt very comfortable with him in my home while I was gone and just my wife and son were home. He is honest and handled the warranty for the parts for us so we didn't have to deal with that stress. He was quick with his work and very tidy. Will definitely use him for future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend C-Tech Plumbing. I gutted a home in South Austin. Craig came and installed washer/dryer and changed "angle stops" in all restrooms. He talked me through what he needed to do, how long it will take and quoted pricing. We coordinated with the other contractors, he came in, worked quickly and left the areas cleaner than when he started.
