Had them put in a small pipe for an irrigation system. They cut all the roots on one side of a tree in the yard. The next rain we had the tree fell over breaking out the back window of a car in the driveway. Had a $500 deductible which they refused to pay saying it would place guilt on them and opening them up for a future lawsuit.. Don't know why I would sue if they paid the bill. They did offer to give me free plumbing service though. Who would be stupid enough to let them ever work on anything again. Next time they could flood my whole house.

Needed help replacing a toilet flange and resetting our master toilet. The plumber did a great job and the price was very cheap compared to big name like roto rooter or drain genie. Charges by hour, not by job which I preferred. Would recommend to others and would use again myself.
