EXCELLENT and PROMPT service!!! I was highly impressed with Mr. Tom's professionalism and honesty all through. Right from the time I called, till he came to fix my kitchen faucet, he was very professional. Friendly and funny too! In fact, it was the great reviews I read on here that prompted me to reach out to him, and I'm glad I did. It would be a great disservice to him if I didn't add my review to the bunch ;-) Thanks again, Mr. Tom!! I have finally found my go-to plumber!!!

I have used Tom Hardisty several times now for a plumbing emergency and then for general maintenance. I have finally found my Go To plumber, and I am relieved knowing I have Tom to call. He is extremely honest and charges very fair prices, unlike those big plumbing companies who send out plumbers with half the knowledge and skill set of Tom.

During my plumbing emergency (washing machine valve burst), Tom called me right back and walked me through how to get the situation under control (which enabled my water to be turned back on:). He didn't even know me yet. He fixed that plumbing problem and since then I have had Tom do many plumbing projects for me like: 1) replace garbage disposal 2) add water pressure valve to home as mine was dangerously high 3) install new faucet 4) change all toilet tank bolts and gaskets 5) replace fill valve/guts for two toilets.

It's really hard to find an ethical plumber who takes such pride in his work and makes sure he does right by his clients. Example, I said to Tom recently when he was working in my home that ""I will probably need a new hot water heater soon."" He took a look and said ""no you won't; you shouldn't need a new hot water heater for a few years.""

I found Tom almost a decade ago and boy am I happy I did. He is a fantastic plumber. Always very attentive. We've suggested a few things that would have earned him money but wouldn't have been worth it for us. He always guides us to what is best for our home. We trust him completely. He is professional, is an expert in his field, and charges a more than fair price for his work. He doesn't advertise. All his business is word of mouth and I can tell you that my neighbors and friends are thankful I've recommended him. He wants to be your #1 call anytime you need a plumber and his level of customer service really shows it.

Well I found my plumber for the next 100 years. Tom (sorry I called you John) was excellent. Best experience with a plumber yet. Was running a little late and texted me to let me know them showed up exactly on time for revised time. I'm so used to a four hour windows, 30 minutes was nothing to me. He was fast and efficient and dealt with the problem without trying to upsell me more expensive routes. If you need a plumber, give him a call....although part of me wishes you don't so he's always available when I pretend like I'm a plumber....

Tom is awesome! I scheduled an appointment to replace a toilet wax ring (cautionary reasons) but we first had a phone conversation about an estimate and he assured me that if nothing else needs to be done the price will be as established.
He was on time, professional, and efficient - he had time to replace the wax ring on a second toilet and change the bath tub drain. He is knowldegable, personable and productive. I think I finally found a plumber who knows his craft and whom I can trust. Thank you, Tom!

Today Tom came by to hook up a bunch of plumbing in my house after a kitchen renovation. He reviewed what I wanted done and gave me an estimate before he started any work. I asked his advice on one optional job. We discussed the pros and cons of doing it and was fine when I decided against it. He did not try to upsell me at all - where he easily could have. Tom completed the rest of the work quickly and was extremely careful in my new kitchen. He faced a few hurdles and handled them all easily and professionally. Tom is what everyone is looking for in a contractor - trustworthy, transparent and efficient. I would use him on my next job without hesitation.

Has made two attempts to fix a leaky faucet without success. Replaced the washer on cold and hot handles but it still leaks from the handle! Trying to get it serviced one last time with this company. Not responding back to me at this point. Very frustrating.

My husband called Tom because we had an issue with discolored hot water in the house. Tom was on vacation but he promptly called back and left a very detailed message about what the causes might be and things to try before calling a plumber to look at the issue. His suggestions worked and the issue cleared after doing one of his suggestions to empty the hot water heater by running the tub water for about 10-15 minutes. What he did was very professional and proves to me that he is an honest plumber and we will be calling him if we need any kind of plumbing work in the house. Thank you Tom!

After losing a water heater to a tank leak and reading his reviews, I left Tom a late-evening VM and asked him to call me the next day during business hours. He called me promptly, the next morning. I had a large electric heater and was considering a tankless model and possibly a propane version. After a long discussion of the pro, cons and costs, I decided to stick with an electric tank model. He gave me a quote and then said he'd sit on it for an hour or two while I compare other offers. I suspect he knew I'd end up choosing him. He showed up that afternoon and the job was done professionally in about 2-3 hours. He is my new permanent plumber. I can't recommend him strongly enough.
