If you choose to get involved with Chris Cramer and who ever happens to be working for him, you will have made a decision you WILL REGRET

Chris Cramer is incapable of being on time, telling the truth or delivering on any of his promises.

Chris will tell you he is capable of electrical, demolition, plumbing, tiling, sheet rock/texturing, painting and fine carpentry work, among other services.

In reality, Chris is capable/willing to provide demolition, electrical, and basic carpentry with low level finishing skill and mediocre painting. Chris relies heavily on subcontractors and will not negotiate in your best interest.

I can not stress strongly enough that this is a person who can not be trusted or believed. Chris is wholly unwilling/incapable of deliver on the promises he makes to you.
Do not, under any circumstance, trust or hire C Squared construction. If you chose to ignore my advice, you will be sorry

To sum up, Chris is dishonest, chronically late, will not return phone calls or text messages in a timely fashion, practices opaque/deceptive billing and accounting that will constantly change , provides inferior/poor workmanship.

He will provide you with 4-5 references (Ben, Kelley, Travis, Rachel) for jobs he did long ago, with people who I assume were friends, do not bother to call because nothing they tell you will be accurate or consistent with his current state of affairs.

C Squared Construction has no redeeming qualities, Zero
