I wish I could give 0 star we paid him to do work in our house he took the money and didn't show up and every time we called he had an excuse one of them was that his mother died... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HIM

I hired Chirstopper Ramos from C. Ramos plumbing to do the plumbing work in my basement, it started by lying to me about calling for inspection, when I called yhe city the permit wasn't even out in yet. I needed him to go finish the rough work work he told me that he wasn't going to take a million trips to a job site. Really ???
I decided to give him another chance it started doing more work and I paid him almost the full amount charged. Now I needed him to finish the second phase of plumbing work to get another inspection done, he wouldn't come to finish the work, I waited for him for about two months and kept on putting me off saying that he would come on a certain day, and when the day came he wouldn't show up, after he ran out of excuses he told me that his mom was placed in a coma, so I gave him about a week and then I asked him when he could come, again he gave me a date and did not show up, after couple weeks he told me that his mom passed away so I left him alone for a few days, and then I asked him if he wasn't going to finish the work that I wanted my money back and then I would have to hire someone else since I couldn't move on without getting the plumbing work complete. So I found someone else, which told me about few things that were done wrong, so he had to correct that. Now we went back and forth trying to collect my money at first he said that he was going to be away for 2 weeks so he would give me the money when he got back, then he said he sent a check on the mail which I never received then he said that he was going to bring it, and he didn't, then he said that he didn't have that amount agreed handy that he would have to collect the money from a customer first, but that it was my choice to go court , which what I was trying to avoid doing, and now he's completely ignoring my texts . Stay away from this guy he will said that he will do the job ask for money every time he set foot at the job site and don't finish the job that he already got paid for.

Sadly nobody ever showed up, after agreeing on a date and time to evaluate the leak. I called him back when he was late to see if there was a new time but I got a ""the call cannot be completed as dialed"" after it rang multiple times.

Chris started working on my project and completed less work than what I paid him. He never called me back to finish and had to find someone else to complete which cost me a lot more money than what the project originally cost.

The work done was mostly acceptable, but paperwork needed to confirm install for MassSave loan and rebates was not completed, which lost me $$$$; nor was an invoice provided. Don't count on him to show up when scheduled; some interesting excuses provided initially, subsequently received no response at all. Texts, phone calls, and emails were all unanswered. I was completely blown off, but of course my checks were cashed same day initial work was done. Poor treatment of a senior citizen who paid him a lot of money. Had to hire a second plumber to finish what he started. VERY sorry I trusted him.

This guy Christopher don't even show up on installation date, keep reschedule and no show. Tried to ask for upfront payment and do just a little work and disappeared. He never response any calls and texts since then. Lack of responsibility and absolutely not reliable plumber.
