The work they do is ok but they over charge you. They send two people to your home to do a one person job (like unclog a toliet) and charge you 50 dollars to have the second person do nothing. I also had an issue with a water tank valve leaking and they changed the valve for 107 dollars but that did not solve the problem. I called them back out to actually fix the problem which they charged me again (225) to fix the same problem offering no discount for the 107 dollars I paid already for parts and labor that was not the problem. The excuse is there is no guarantee they will fix your problem the first time. When I called, I asked that they send only 1 person because I did not want to pay labor for 2 people and was told I'm not going to have a guy sit in the truck but I won't charge you for the additional person. When I called about applying a discount of the 107 dollars I already paid to the bill, they used the fact that I was not charged the 50 dollars for the extra guy as a excuse when I am the one that said I do not need two people. A 135 dollar an hour charge for labor is more than enough...185 dollars is ridiculous especially since you may not get the problem fixed the first time since there is no guarantee.

One star is provided simply because the individuals showed up and were nice. Their skills at diagnosing a problem was not favorable. I was billed for them to cut a hole in my wall and subfloor. I must abstain from judging their plumbing skiils, as no plumbing issue was discovered nor repaired.

Morale of the story: Beware if you have a plumbing problem that you cannot diagnose yourself. Otherwise, you will be charged over $200 for nice people to walk around your house and cut holes in your house.
