MOST RIP-OFF company ever. They were called to straighten out a riser and tighten a union joint. They charged me 8 hours of labor (2 technicians at 4 hours each) at $107 an hour PLUS $65 service call. Their invoice has to include tasks such as locate meter and drive out to get a tool (all charged to me). Why am I paying for them to drive back and forth to get a tool???? Furthermore, why do they need 2 technicians???? All the work should take 1 hour when I asked another plumber.

Excellent plumbing services. Will use cameras and show you problems before they just start digging. Before them had a company come out and charge me 180 to snake my drain then tell me it would cost 4000 to replace the pipes. Drains been working fine for years without the pipes replaced!!!!!!

Very unprofessional and did nothing, but waste my time. I called for a bid on a project I was doing for a customer. They said they would come out and look at the job and give me a price. I saw their ad in a church paper and thought they would be good, so I waited and waited. I called back and spoke with the wife and she said one of them would get back with me. I waited and waited. I called a third time and got the same B. S. If you didn't want to do the job say so and show some professionalism .
Now I've wasted two weeks and have gotten my client impatient with me.

Everyone and everything was great with the exception of Karen, C&R's figurehead. She was rude and curt - not the person a company should have at the forefront of customer service. She also demonstrated the inability to efficiently relay correct and complete information to other employees. If you can ignore her lack of people skills, you will probably have a good experience.
