I had a pipe break under concrete in my bathroom it was a nightmare for me and my wife . They showed up in a couple hours and fixed that pipe in no time at all . Very nice and amazing people . Will keep calling them For any other issues I have

This company completely spaced on our request. We called for an appointment to install 3 new faucets on a Friday morning. They scheduled a plumber to arrive on Tuesday, and, upon arrival, he immediately said, ""oh, we were told this was an emergency."" (4 days later?) One person started working, and sometime later a second person showed up. We were told they could NOT complete the work the same day, and would have to come back later. They charged us for 5.5 hours of labor, and were only able to install two faucets (!) Well, when will you come back to finish the work? Their answer? The scheduler will let us know. It's now Friday evening...still no word of when (or if) they will return. OK, from my view, they will NOT return! Will not let them back in the house! Neither faucet installed included swapping out the drain-just the faucet. BTW...I installed the other faucet in about 25 minutes--I'm just 70+ years old and don't like being under a sink.... Can I give them zero stars?

Worst experience with this excuse of a plumber company. They charged me over a thousand dollars to fix the hook ups for my washer and dryer. The next day the persons apartment who lives below me had flooding. We came to find out the plumber damaged the piping during the install. How is this fair? To charge me so much and then not stand behind your work? C and R refuses to fix it. Terrible company I would avoid at all costs. Shame on you for defrauding me and not standing behind your work!!!! I am going to sue.

High price and incomplete job. Paid almost three hundred dollars and my drain still back up. Call another plumber and it was less than half the price this company charged and my drain was no more clogged.

I needed some work done in bathroom (2 lavatory sinks were not draining, and toilet wouldn't stop running, despite me changing the flapper, it needed new fill valve). It was some work I couldn't do on my own. Called C&R Drains Inc and they were there within about an hour. The service Rep Andrew was very professional, he wore a mask the whole time due to Covid19, and started work immediately. He had the tools & parts necessary to do the job, and he worked tirelessly until the job was done (took about 1 hr). The price was very reasonable and service was excellent. Both sinks and toilet working perfectly now. I highly recommend C&R Drains Inc for plumbing work - can't believe I had been putting it off!

We called Friday night for an urgent sewer backup. They were not available for late night service nor available the next day. They told us to call another plumber. We were regular customers until this incident. Apparently they do not have 24/7 services as they advertise.

Would not recommend this company to anyone! The lady that answered the phone, Pamela, was very rude and treated me unprofessionally. They tried to rip me off and charge me for unnecessary work and tried to charge me $1400! I called another plumber and it only cost me $100 with him. They are super shady and work with HOAs to rip homeowners off. Do not use them.

UPDATE: my first experience with C & R drains was great! However they have had to come out twice since my last review to fix the same issue. I will not be calling them out again.
