How often have you had a professional plumber threaten you with physical violence?
This clown came to my house (he was sent by my landlady) and within 5 minutes he had turned a minor faucet leak into a moderate faucet leak. He stripped out a key screw head by using the wrong screw bit and then stated that it was too hard to replace. A simple Moen valve cartridge,a simple 1hour job at most with a $30 part. That he would have to come back the next week. When I mentioned to him that I had never had a plumber just up and quit like that -He lost his cool- to say the least!
I should say that I've been a General contractor for nearly 40 years and no novice when it comes to dealing with subcontractors. But this was unbelievable! So long story short, he storms off and vows never to return! Ouch!!
Talking to my LL about it afterward (she had seen /heard most of the incident) I find out he was going to charge her $900.!!
I figure he sensed that I was not a pushover so decided to exit early! I can think of no other logical reason for his behavior.
So be forewarned this guy is bad news.

Great service at reasonable prices - I needed a plumber to come the following morning to fix a backed up sink in my rental condo and they were there right on time at 9 am, got the job done quickly and at a fair price. These guys are great. I had a leaking valve seal in my main water line to the house. I called C&R at 9:00am. Gregg and David were there at 11. Valve replaced in an hour and a half. Great service. Highly recommended.
