Last week we had a pipe burst and it wasn't pretty! After bad past experiences with lousy plumbers, I turned to yelp to try to find an honest plumber that would get the job done. We called this company and spoke to Greg. He came over that same day and it did not take him long to identify the problem and what needed to be done. He gave us a reasonable quote and we scheduled it for the next day. He and his assistant (David) were just AWESOME! They were super professional and competent. They impressed us so much with their work, that we gave them some more work which we were not originally planning on doing. They changed 2 faucets and several leaky valves around our property. I can't say enough about how well it all went and this is for sure our new Plumber! If you want the job done right the first time, rest assure that this is the company to call!!

I always think plumbers seem so nice until they give you the invoice... then I want to weep. But I am learning as a new homeowner that plumbing is just that expensive, no matter who you use. C & R Drains seems upper end, a little more expensive than most, but I trust Greg to provide better quality service, so to me it is worth it. We have a lot of plumbing issues. We have used Greg for a few things already, and plan to continue to use him going forward.

I really like these guys. It's a great family run business. Very professional and friendly.

My mom called them one afternoon and they were out the next morning for a non-emergency repair. The owner arrived with his assistant, David, a little before the appt window. That's always a pleasure so not to have to wait around and worry when the repair person will show up!

They completed all repairs in a short amount of time for a reasonable price. There were a few extras they checked out while they were here to make sure she was in good shape. She was provided estimates of future work requested.

They wore shoe covers to protect flooring. (Nice touch) Their truck was newer and had all the necessary parts onboard to complete the work in one visit.

All items were repaired and they even checked a few other things that she threw their way. All was done with care and accuracy.

She will call them again for her North County plumbing needs!

Used C&R Drains (Bali) for the first time in August... Simple job of clearing a garbage disposal line that was clogged but was happy with the tech, did not turn it into a huge problem like alot of plumbers tend to do... Honest, reasonable and got the job done within the first hour so did not get charged additional fees for slow work... Will be using them again tomorrow for a leak that needs to be corrected... I've had a number of plumbing problems over the last two years. At first I use the company that found and corrected leaks in copper pipes. They were expensive and not all that good. I was referred to C and R and have been extremely happy. They have fixed three leaks in my copper pipes and worked on other plumbing issues. I can not recommend them highly enough. Greg, the owner, is an extreme gentleman and a joy to work with.

Had small pin-hole leak in garage. Called company and they could get to it that day. Came within the time they told me. Fixed without problem, took him about 25 min. Did not leave a mess for me. Only downside was the price, a bit high.
