I dislike leaving negative revised but his plumber offered to take parts back to Lowes for credit so he could buy new parts for the job he was going to do. Because he is supposedly well known in the community where I live, I trusted him and gave him the items. He subsequently was no show/no call 2x and I asked in a text for the return of the times which he never responded to. Basically, he committed fraud and stole the items from me. He has been reported to authorities who are working with me to get the items back. I don't see any need to pay him for his time to return them when he is in my community several times a week and he stood me up 2x even though he knew I had an urgent situation. I understand he might have had things come up and would have agreed to reschedule but to not have the courtesy to call me to cancel is inexcusable as is his non response to my repeated requests to return the items. .

I cannot stress enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. He has proven himself to engage in highly unprofessional and unethical business practice. Use at your own risk.
