Ok so first review I ever done but my mind got blown today I set an appointment which they were on time for anyways he did a diagnosis and says heater needs to be replaced he then out to his truck and I told him I've got a 6 and 16 year old this is day 4 plus I'm extremely sick with a bacterial blood infection he said they would take care of it as soon as I got back iny house he jumped in his truck didn't say a word didn't answer the phone after that as far as needing a new heater I'm a plumber who can't work due to illness so I ran through fixed it with out putting a dollar or leaving my house if I could give negative stars I would

Terrible experience. Apparently this firm is the only one that can handle certain water heater warranty work, which is very unfortunate. Called and left message but got no response. A couple of days later my wife was able to connect and was told to get certain info from the warranty company, which we did. C&M then came out, looked at the water heater, and left. I called a couple of days later and was told - rudely - that we didn't get the information they told us to get. After a week without hot water we gave up and bought a new water heater rather than continue trying to deal with these people.

After kicking Bonney Plumbing out of my house, C&M was in the next day. Super friendly, felt confident in their work, their quotes, and their assessment of what was wrong, which was the Ignitor on our tankless water heater. And they had the part in their truck!

The worst possible plumbing company have ever seen. They are not professional, not responsible, not able to fix problems. Very bad services. I would give negative star if possible

Our water heater broke on Thanksgiving Day and after contacting PG&E, we found out that the faulty part was a recalled item. We called State (manufacturer) and they recommended their warranty plumber which happens to be about 27 miles from my house. Our water heater is still under warranty and part being recalled, they said they will cover part and labor but not the Travel expense that C&M quoted me - $165 - which I thought was absurd. But we need hot water and by then had already gone 5 days with it. So we are at the mercy of the plumbing company and the manufacturer. We paid it but for those who do not live within the 20 miles radius of this company should probably not use them. I have to add that their technician fixed my problem in 20 mins!! But for no fault of ours, $165 is a lot to pay for mileage!! I wish I can charge my clients that much when I have to go into their offices!!

Our water heater quit working on Sunday. I called them this morning. They sent a repair person out within 3 hours. Very nice guy who fixed it and showed us how to flush the tank for prolonged life. Thanks very much. I will hire them next time I need a plumber.

Update 5/27/19 After calling 3 times Monday morning, and being told each time the manager would call me right back, the third time (6th call over the past 12 days) I told them I wanted my money back or I'd file in small claims court. Soon after that last call, I finally received a callback. The gentleman was polite and apologetic, and seemed to know the whole story already. I told him I was out of town all last week and my wife has been out of hot water while waiting for his return call. We agreed to cancel my check. I'm picking up my replacement heater this afternoon and calling our usual plumber we're happy with. Luckily my wife goes to the gym every day or I'd be looking for a new wife too.
