The company is professional. My call was answered immediately by a receptionist who asked key questions, answeted my questions, advised on next available appointment dates so I could decide if I wanted to make an appointment. The estimate is free and provided immediately during the appointment. Once I made the appointment, the receptionist requested I email photos of the faucet being replaced to ensure the plumber has the correct parts to do the work, if I approved the estimate. The plumber was polite, respectable and very knowledgeable in his skill. He provided a written estimate, explained the work covered by the estimate. I presented a coupon from their website and he quickly adjusted the estimate. The cost was very reasonable. I signed the authorization, the work was performed and he discussed ways to prevent future problems.

C&M answered the phone after hours, set up an appointment right away at a convenient time for me, showed up on time, worked quickly, worked neatly and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with my first job by them, so I used them for a second larger job and pretty much had the same experience.
