STAY CLEAR!!Hired this company thinking they were a reputable, quality, and experienced company. Nothing could be further from the truth. Unfortunately I did not have time to research other companies since I had no heat and needed someone quickly to replace my 2 furnaces. I therefore took the word of the salesman who promised things would be replaced and I would have heat. Nothing further from the truth. The install was faulty, sloppy and unprofessional. After working all day replacing 2 furnaces costing me $27000 I had NO heat the first night. First tech day 2 could not find the problem and cutting 2 pipes, speaking with numerous people on the phone since he had not idea what the problem was. Day 2 still no heat. Finally at the end of day 2, the only tech to solve the problem, Kyle realized after READING the instructions that the existing pipes were not large enough to provide adequate air circulation. Being told at the end of day 2 that he would have to find 3"" pipes to replace existing pipes and would return day 3. Had ALREADY paid $27000. Slept 2 nights on the floor with a space heater. Day 3 pipes replaced after 3 hours and FINALLY had heat. Wires were left hanging, along with a cut pipe left hanging. What a HORRIBLE experience. I am writing this review to hopefully prevent other potential customers from experiencing the same results. Don't expect an apology, expect to be compensated for pain, suffering by this companies lack of properly installation. That is not what I expected when I hired this company. Tried contacting company without any success. They know why. Stay CLEAR. They should not be in business.

Great reliable service. Easy to get ahold of, arrive on time and do the service as outlined. I moved from another supplier who was a single person shop and very unreliable. CM Mose is so much better.

Prior to the change of ownership at CM Mose I had purchased a generator for my former home I had referred at least one customer who purchased a generator through them. I had C M Mose take over all of my HVAC work on my home. Back then the service, installation and maintenance provided was first rate. I also provided highly rated reviews about the company and the quality of service!

This latest experience has been disappointing to say the least.....I ordered a generator in the fall of 2021 for another home which never arrived. The only communication regarding the status of my order was provided when I made an inquiry.
I have yet to have my deposit returned.

My brother in law (another referral) is experiencing the same problem I had, but he has decided to continue on with his order.

All indications appear that since the company was sold and now operates under the umbrella of a larger corporation the customer is no longer as important to the day to day operations.

I will have a generator installed by someone else who can and will give better service. I doubt that C M Mose will be pleased with the review I intend to submit.

We scheduled our first six months check on our generator that was installed last September. This service was scheduled at the time of installation and was for 9:00 AM March 21st. On March 13th they call saying they will be out between noon and 1:00 PM on March 21st. We scheduled the 9:00 AM time for a specific reason. I don't like being bumped from the scheduled time when it was scheduled so far in advance. Poor customer service.

We have used this company for over 14 years. They are always very reliable and come when we need them to. Today was no exception. They were quick, reliable and honest as usual. Our technician Josh was amazing. So friendly.

Maybe they are good at some things, but DO NOT use them if you are purchasing a Generac generator. I purchased my 3200 Generac on November 19, 2020. They required 40% down payment and my sales ""specialist"" never mentioned that any type of delay was going to occur. It is now April 12, and I continue to be stonewalled about when my generator will be installed. They promised it would be completed last week, but only one day did two technicians come out for a half a day and installed the gas line. I've never heard from them again, and my sales representative has never contacted me. The office finally did admit to me that at the time of my order in November, they knew their was a 3 to 4 month waiting list. I would NEVER have plucked down a 40% down payment on something not being installed for 5+ months. I think I got really ripped off! I see positive reviews for other things they do, but they are not any good at generator installs.

We purchased a new build home and decided to keep CM Mose as our HVAC company since they installed it. We had never heard of them before but so happy we stuck with them. We had them out for a minor issue and then again for our semi-annual service and just today for an issue we were having keeping our bedroom warm. We have always had beyond friendly service. This company finds a solution and makes sure you understand and that you are happy. I am always impressed. We do not wear shoes in our home and that is never an issue with them. They happily put on booties and remove them when they go outside then replace when they come inside. You would never believe how hard that it is for most companies to comprehend.

The office staff is exceptional as well. Always friendly and happy to work with your schedule and in a timely manner. We never have to wait long for service and we are given a reminder the day before via text and email. Once someone is headed to your home you are sent an email with the tech's picture and name. Highly recommend this company.

My power line was stuck by a branch ripping the meter out on Sunday evening. I called this company because it said 24/7. He was so nice on the phone having to explain it just wasn't possible to fix that day. He came the next day with a bid FAR lower than the others. Not one of the others was able to come for a week. They were kind enough to move things around and would come after work on Tuesday even though they were short handed. But things didn't work out for that so they could only do Friday. She even called other customers on their schedule to see if anyone would be willing to delay. It's fixed, at the amount that was bid and even though they are far away, I will always call them when I need help!! Thank you!!

I had CM Mose and Son out to my home for a whole house generator installation. They were prompt and very professional. They told me the job would take about 8 hours and they were right. I was concerned, it being a Friday, that I would be without power and they assured me that would not happen. The supervisor even stayed late (by himself) to ensure that the city would be out to reconnect power to my home. You don't get that kind of service anymore these days.

I asked for a 96% AFUE furnace to be installed and they installed a 95%AFUE instead. I found out after trying to get a rebate from Spire. They tried to make the excuse that I ordered a 95% AFUE furnace. I very explicitly ordered a 96% AFUE furnace and my 23yr old son witnessed my order. When I asked what happened it took 4 phone calls over a 3 week period. On the first phone call they acknowledged that the furnace I got wasn't what I ordered. Then after being told that they would get back to me regarding this matter on repeated phone calls, they asked if I had proof in writing of what I ordered! I feel like I've been taken advantage of I paid for the furnace in full. I paid for one thing and received something different. Buyers beware!!! If I could give them negative stars I would!
