I called them to install a dishwasher. My house has never had a dishwasher in it, so it wasn't a quick install, but C & M were super nice and did the job really quickly (about 2 hours). They laid down plastic and were careful about leaving doors open, since we have indoor cats.

I would definitely hire them again for any job around the house that I needed!

I called on a Sunday and Ray came out on Monday. He did a great job installing a new cooktop, after first removing the old one. He arrived on time, was able to use a saw to create the slightly bigger hole in the under-countertop plywood that the new cooktop required. By the time he left he had vacuumed the area and I had a beautiful new cooktop!

I called them after I had hard time dealing with Low's vendor, they showed up on time with equipped company van. I definitely used them again for all my appliances repair.

I got a quick response after messaging them at the middle of the night. I am so desperate that my otr microwave be installed. I set an appointment and was booked in a snap. They were so meticulous about the installation and covered all the areas that will possibly affected by dust. They successfully installed the microwave and did extra job by installing an outlet. Bonus job was also catered by checking on our washer/dryer combo that is not working well and checking on our power sockets in the kitchen. The owner Ray together with his son Demarco and a staff were so polite and efficient. I highly recommend them for any home repairs and improvements. Ray and his son came out for a service appointment to give me some suggestion(s) on repairing/replacing my exhaust fan. He promised to have recommendations for my situation on 5 different occasions. Each time he did not call when promised. When I called after the deadline passed, I was told I was being 'too pushy'. Not sure how I was being pushy since each time we spoke he was the one committing to a date and time. He provides install services for Universal Electric, Meyer, Home Depot and many of the other appliance shops in the area. I don't usually post negative reviews, but this contractor is completely dishonest and useless in his follow through. DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY from this contractor.

Update: 6/9/17: The only time Ray has actually called back was after he read my review online. His immediate reaction was not 'I'm sorry or 'how can I make it right', it was 'why would you post such a mean review on yelp'. This review is factual and I have phone logs to back it up. I stand by original post. I was offered a return of my $65 service fee to delete my initial post. I have not accepted the offer. My review will help others who have to make hiring decisions on contractors.
Additionally, the follow up comments by DeMarco are not truthful. He and Ray had discussed the option of changing out the hood liner and blower during their initial visit, but the whole point of their visit was to propose ALTERNATIVES if any. My understanding was that they were in the process of researching a similarly sized blower with max cfm. No options were proposed, no pricing, no equipment, no labor, no lead times. In other words - no estimate was give in spite of my calling and calling and calling to find out when I would get some options.

We will never hire them again. Rarely do I post negative reviews on yelp (instead I try to promote great businesses) but this is an exception. Not only did they not show up for our scheduled appt to install our new refrigerator, they also accused us of being the reason for the mess-up and said we had attitude when we called them out on it. You can imagine how we felt knowing we had all of our cold items in ice chests with two kiddos at home. They lost our business and we will never refer friends to them.

C & M installed a new microwave and a ceiling fan at my home. I am very happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

They uninstalled the old microwave and installed the new microwave and did an excellent job.I was so impressed with their workmanship I asked them to install the ceiling fan and they were able to do it the same day.

Ray and his son did a great job installing our new cooktop and wall oven! We actually purchased our appliances from someone on Craigslist and come to find out Ray had installed the appliances 6 years earlier from the people we bought them from!

The solid reviews I saw on Yelp led me to C&M. I sent in a quote request and Demarco responded very quickly and came in with a very reasonable price. He came later that week and installed a new over the range microwave, and removed and hauled away the old one. Reliable, fastidious, reasonable, fast, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would use them in the future for any installation or repair needs. Thank you Demarco!
