I can't say enough good things about Ray. The minute he saw the oven Pacific Sales had sold me, he knew it was the wrong size. He even got on the phone and talked with the salesperson there to get me the correct oven. He removed the old oven so the store would take it away when they swapped out the correct oven for the wrong one. He returned and he and his crew did a quick, neat job of installing my oven, and they did it all in time for Christmas. :-) His price was very reasonable and he is a great communicator...he let me know when he was going to arrive and he'd give me a heads up if he was going to be late. Excellent service all around. I am definitely going to use C&M again.

We recently had to swap out full range of home appliances (double oven, cook top, range hood, dishwasher and built in microwave oven). Ray and his team (son Marco and another person) did an excellent job of sequencing each of these heavy installations neatly and in good order without any damage to the house or the appliances. On the day of the installation, we even asked him to install a kitchen faucet and fix another sink issue which he accepted to do even though it was a long day. They took the time and did the jobs efficiently and correctly. There were some tricky complications but Ray and his team worked through them systematically. His friendly and methodical attitude was very positive and we were very happy. The prices were extremely fair for a 3 person big job such as this. We highly recommend Ray and his team for such appliance installations and repairs.

Ray and his son Marco did a great job re-doing a washer installation which Best Buy totally messed up. The quality of the work was excellent. Very courteous and Ray shared information as he discovered what was wrong. (Best Buy did not hook up the drain which caused a massive flood in our home). I highly recommend C&M Home Appliance.

When it comes to money Ray gets super shady. Besides the original estimate not being even close, he wanted payment in full before the job was complete. He had every excuse in the book why he needed the money. He promised that he would complete the job but when it came time to, he got shady again demanding more money. Unprofessional and unethical man/company. Would never use again and would not recommend.

Ray and son did a great job replacing and installing my oven/microwave. I had an older oven/microwave and he replaced it with a newer model that I purchase on CL. He did a great job cleaned up afterwards. He even disposed of the older oven. Fair price and professional service

Ray did a great job installing our new hood and cooktop. He texted me to let me know he was running a little late and always returned my calls immediately. There was a lot of dust when he made the cutouts for the cooktop and he made sure to cover up and protect our other appliances and cabinets. Would recommend.
