Attitude: The plumber who came to fix a broken toilet arrived earlier than agreed upon, which normally wouldn't be bad, except there was a birthday party in progress. He parked his van behind another person,effectively blocking them in. When asked to move, he was rude and surly, saying that he was getting $100/hr for working overtime on a weekend and he would do as he pleased. When someone commented on his decision, the plumber said ""Go screw yourself"" and ignored any further requests to move his van.
Appearance: Disgusting. I know that being a plumber means getting dirty, but he was just plain gross. He reeked of body odor, with just a hint of booze. Definitely not making a good first impression.
Aptitude: The toilet in question would not flush reliably. The plumber worked on the toilet for all of 20 minutes and stated that the inner workings were old and needed replacing. Nothing was replaced.
Bottom line: Poor attitude, poor appearance, and lousy skills. Overall a horrible experience.

Not sure about service team, but woman who answered the phone was cold, unfriendly and rude. Already not in love with this company.
