Exceptional company! I had leak that was coming from the downstairs bathroom through the basement ceiling. I had been putting off calling a plumber for over a year because I thought it was going to be a big and pricey problem that would involve removing part of the basement ceiling. I saw Jeff's truck at a neighbors house and called that day to set up an appointment. He arrived right on time, and was able to not only fix the leak, but also fix a toilet that had been a problem and my garbage disposal....all in only an hour and a half! And all extremely reasonably priced as well. He is extremely polite, helpful, and honest. His grandfather started this business, and it's been in the family for 65 years. I'm extremely thankful to have found such a trustworthy and knowledgable plumber, and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing work done.

Jeff Meisner of C. L. Meisner Plumbing and Heating is an excellent and honest plumber. Over the years, he has replaced my toilet fill valve and
water heater, installed a back flow and changed the 1/2"" pipes to 3/4"" pipes for the installation of a sprinkler system, and most recently changed my drain trap for my tub. He is very neat and meticulous and always completes the jobs in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jeff.

Very disappointed with the response time for this plumber. Was very encouraged by the positive reviews, but had to repeatedly call to get a response. Got one job done, called for another, and had to place numerous calls to get a response--then placed another call and got no response. The work done was great, but wouldn't bother with this plumber again.

This is a long-established family business in Natick that clearly takes pride in delivering excellent, timely service. The owner Jeff has rescued us from plumbing & heating disasters on multiple occasions, as did his father before him in years past. Service is always excellent and arrives quickly. Jeff also offers sound advice even when service is not required, including useful referrals. He is not only skilled and knowledgable, but also personable and polite. Jeff is a great plumber. His father started the business and he has continued it. We found him by walking around our neighborhood and saw his business sign in the yard. He has done everything in our house including our kitchen, and two bathroom installs. I trust his work, his prices are fair and there are never any surprise charges.
