When it comes to tankless water heaters, C.L. Hibbard and Chris in particular know what they are doing. When I started getting code 12 on my Takagi tankless water heater and the water was cold I called Charlie Hibbard. He sent his grandson Chris to my house to check out the problem. It turned out that the water heater needed to be flushed and have a new igniter installed. Further, the ""professionals"" who installed my tankless water heater did it incorrectly by not providing the valves to allow the unit to be flushed. Chris was truly professional and corrected it all.
If you want it done right call C.L. Hibbard. If you do not you will be sorry.

worst company ever ,they make it worst so they can make more money. customer service is zero and not helpful the owner was cussing saying he has the best guys. i will never use this company again in any of my places.

They came once and fixed a simple problem. We had a more complex problem, involving a warranty on a water tank, a cleaning of the furnace (should be simple) and we wanted to expand our HVAC to include air filtering and humidity control. THEY NEVER CAME BACK. I've called every other week or so for six months and have written a letter. They left our water tank damaged as well.
