We built a new home in 2017 and our builder used C&K Plumbing. It was a nightmare from day 1. We paid for 3 wall jets in the master bathroom shower that were $2000 and have never worked properly. The water pressure is low and Jared at C&K could never figure out how to make them work and wouldn't give us a refund so now we have wall ""Jets"" that basically trickle out water.

In addition to that, on the third night we moved into our new home, one of the bathtubs leaked in an upstairs bathroom and ruined portions of our kitchen ceiling drywall. We were told it would be repaired and to date, no one has come out to repair the ceiling drywall. It's been more than 3 years and all we've gotten is empty promises

Also, when cleaning out our furnace room we found a copy of the instruction manual to the sump pump C&K Installed. Guess what? They installed a used sump pump that was 17 years old. We found notes on the manual that it had been installed at a different job in 2001 and refurbished with a new switch in 2003. The manufacturing date on the manual was 2000. A 17 year old, refurbished sump pump in a brand new home! We were told all of our home would be brand new. Corner cutting seems to be the way they operate.

I don't know how this company can justify conducting business this way. We strongly recommend you stay away from C&K Plumbing and find someone who won't cut corners, overcharge and actually knows how their products work. We've never been more dissatisfied with a ""professional"" services company that we've ever hired.

I called C & K when I was having water heater issues. It was the week of thanksgiving and I had a 1 week old daughter. Everyone was telling me it would be at least after the holiday. C & K also told me it would be after the holiday but once I explained my situation they altered their plans and came out the next day and got everything resolved. I was so thankful for that. I would certainly recommend them. Good price, great work, and even better people.
