Stay away from this so call company. They are nothing but a fraud. They inspected my boiler and came up with fraudulent list of items to fix amounting to over $5000.00 . When I said I can not bare such a cost, they called the city on me to make complain about my boiler.
I was suspicious so I got another Plumber to do it for me at as little as $250.
Such crooked people don't deserve to even enter your property. Save your skin and your pocket by staying far away from these guys. Their eye is red for money and they will rip off anyone they come across.

Do not..... I REPEAT DO NOT use this company. I had an issue with my heat and they sent out not one but two plumbers. I kept telling them, I use to have heat on a certain pipe in my house but they kept telling me......... NO YOU DIDN'T that pipe is dead. Finally I spoke with a reliable plumber. He put a heat cap on the dead pipe and what do you know................ THE PIPE WAS PIPING HOT. I tried calling C James Plumbing but the never returned my calls. I will never ever use them again. Terrible business practices. THEY DON""T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!

I have been with this company since 2004. They have taken very good care of me. On 2 occasions I have had some problems but they were new plumbers. All I did was call the office and they took care of it immediately. They do my annual boiler inspections and when I have an emergency they give me priority. I loved this company because I am not a number or just anyone calling. They value my business and the previous owner of my brownstone also used them for many years.

Buyer Beware!

This company uses EXTORTION tactics. I requested this company to perform a simple task in which I was given a price. I agreed to the initial price. In the middle of the work, the company requested DOUBLE the original price and stated that they would not finish the work unless I signed an agreement and paid them the new balance.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLUMBING COMPANY.
