I called CJ Nemes to relocate our washer machine and get vent piping for our electric dryer to vent out the window. We accepted the job. He said that he ""has a big job with the school department"" but he would be out on Tuesday or Wednesday to do the job. It would have been 9/26 or 9/27. He blew me off both days!!!!! I was home waiting. He never called, texted or emailed. I then called him on Thursday 9/28/23 asking wtf@!? Going On??? He said that I have no help and working big job for school. He is terrible and doesn't care about the customer. Our job was totally underbid. Stay away from this guy!!!! Here is the invoice to prove it

I'm giving him 2 stars only because on his first visit he did install back flow tank. However, my shower also needed a part that he looked at the same day. he said he would need to order. He never called me back. I called him asking about the shower valve part I assumed he ordered
But all I got was gruff, saying he was too busy and hung up on me. Totally unprofessional with no personality.

I called about a leaky pipe and the person who answered said ""I got too much work now. I hired 10 guys and can't get one of them to work."" Then he hung up on me! No one answered the phone when I called back. Very unprofessional.

C.J. Nemes Inc. Plumbing did an excellent job installing a backflow valve in the basement of my house. Luigi Z. plumber did the installation with caution and care. Charlie was timely in his response to my inquiry. I recommend them.
