This company is installing our air/heat system in a 50,000sqft building. 3 other companies walked away and wouldn't even attempt it. They have been above and beyond in getting this large job completed. What was most impressive .. our daughters air conditioning went out in her home this week. A different company came to her house and said, ""it's completely toast."" They quoted her 15K for to replace it. I was sharing the story with the techs that were at our business and one of them said, ""I have an hour and a half, I will run over right now and check it""! Long story short, he fixed it for $25.00! Not only was Mathew honest he stayed until he was done. He called his office and set up the other tech to come and do a longevity maintenance. I would highly recommend this company to anyone ... Commercial or Residential. All of us at The Athletic Edge Gymnastics and The AE Adventure Park thank you for taking the impossible mission with this building and making it possible.

My mother in law recommended CJ Hansen to us when we purchased our new home. I called the beginning of June and we made an appointment, the guy came out here in the morning and looked at our new house, we needed a new AC unit. The house we purchased has heat but not AC. He told us it'll take him about 5 days to get the estimate ready because he was working in commercial department for many years and he just moved to residential, so I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, good thing I had a plan B and I didn't cancel my other appointments with Advantage and Roth. Advantage gave us estimates on the same day and so did Roth, good thing we didn't hold our breath in the hot summer with the CJ Hansen estimator to get back to us.
Even if he forgot or something, what makes me mad is that we keep calling every couple of weeks to find out what happened and they keep telling us that the guy with the estimate or someone will get back to us in a few hours. I don't know if they built their business on lies or choosing the easiest jobs (like my mother in law) but the only thing they had to do is tell me they don't want to work with us.
The truth goes a long way.
This is UNACCEPTABLE, ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS.
It makes me feel like the shelter I provide for my family is not good enough for them, and my money is not good enough to put food on their tables.
They have been around since late 40's if the founders could see how they do business now they will very disappointed.

CJ Hansen has provided exceptional onsite consultation, timely repairs and professional workmanship by their staff. In addition to making sure our 100 year old boiler is operating safely and efficiently the repairs to more than 35 radiators inside the fraternity house have residents living comfortably at Delta Chi Fraternity.
As the founder and publisher of a national trade magazine, namely Concrete Decor Magazine (www.concretedecor.net) our interface with knowledgeable, timely, and professional contractors is an expectation.
