I called right after Christmas to see if someone would check the leak on the front spigot of my home. The woman that answered the phone and set my schedule was professional and friendly. She sent Kirk out the very next day and he resolved my problem right away. Kirk is knowledgeable, respectful and respectable. I will personally only use C H Kruse Plumbing from now on. These folks were so nice! After a bathroom remodel, our hot water in the tub wasn't getting near hot enough. I called to make an appointment and the very nice lady at CH Kruse suggested I google and watch a quick You Tube video, because the repair could be something simple. She was correct and I was able to fix it within five minutes AND she saved us $200 for the appointment. I will definitely call in the future for our plumbing needs!

I came home from a week-long trip to find that I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I have so much dread when it comes to hiring someone to do work on my home. I own an 80 year-old home and have had at least five different plumbing companies come out to do various repairs or installations. Each time I felt like I was ripped off or taken advantage of. Seriously, you should not have to ask your plumber to do work that is up to code! That should be their standard. This time I searched yelp and read some company reviews. I gave C.H. Kruse a call and Jen told me she could send someone out that afternoon to take a look. Kirk came out to take a look, and within less than five minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, which was the faucet itself. I worked with Jen to schedule someone to come out the very next day to install a new kitchen faucet. A different guy, also named Kirk, came out today to do the installation. I am so impressed with both Kirks! Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and trustworthy. Kirk #2 replaced the faucet quickly and without any issues. He assured me he would be out promptly should anything come up, and to not hesitate to call. After this experience I will not hesitate to call C.H. Kruse for any future plumbing needs. They have earned my confidence, respect, and appreciation. Thank you, Kirks 1 and 2!

Ryan, the owner of the company just showed up at my house in person and was extremely apologetic about the whole situation. He gave me a crash course in plumbing while I was here with him. He really knows his stuff. we developed a plan for a low cost solution first before the expensive re-pipe solution which I really appreciate. I really felt like he cared about my situation and the previous mistakes. I am going to give these guys another shot and I recommend you do too. If the owner cares enough to come out in person to correct a mistake that's a company you want to do business with.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and I called several plumbers but the only one that actually answers was Jennifer at Kruce. She was very sweet and fit us in right after the weekend... Monday promptly at 8 am Bobby came out and fixed the leak. Turned out we needed a new faucet so he recommended we pick our own and he was able to come this morning right on time. Terrific job. Bobby is such a nice guy!

I highly recommend this company. I had a leak from the ceiling that I thought was going to be really expensive. I called at the last minute on Thursday night. Bobby came out Friday and located the leak and fixed it. He also added an access door so we can get into the tub area in the future and we also didn't need to do drywall repair as predicted. It was inexpensive and super efficient. He was super friendly. We will definitely use this company for all of our future needs.

Ryan asked for a description of job and photos and within a couple hours we had a bid. Fabulous work, fast, clean and respectful.
