Bathtub faucet was leaking and lovely gentleman by the name of Eli came over within 30 minutes to fix the problem. He was super nice, friendly and informative. Fixed the issue in no time at all! Definitely recommend their services.

After trying for a couple hours to remove the angle stop compression sleeve and nut under the sink using a Husky Compression Sleeve and Faucet Handle Puller, which didn't work. I decided to call a plumber to schedule a visit hoping the plumber would have better tools to do the job. I called C Ford Plumbing at about 7 the next morning (a Saturday) hoping to get a recording for the hours and leave a message with my number and brief description of the problem. I was surprised and impressed that the owner, Eli, answered the phone that early on a Saturday morning. He was very kind and helpful asking what the problem was, but he was booked for about a month, so he asked for details hoping to talk me through it. When I told him about how the tool I was using bent and didn't work, knowing that I didn't have the right tooling he said he would come down to get the compression ring and nut off for me. Even though so early in the morning, he came right over within a half how and he used the right tool for the job that looked similar to a LASCO 13-2708 Compression Sleeve Puller. He even installed the new angle stops for me. When I asked him if I could pay with credit or debit card, he didn't have the means with him to do a digital transaction, so he asked for cash. I only had $30 on me and he said that is fine. WOW! Who ever only pays $30 for a plumbers visit? The tool would have costed me about $50. And to top it off, somehow he knew my dad recently passed away and he offered his condolences and he got teary-eyed and choked-up while doing it. What an awesome guy. Eli restored my hope for humanity. We need more people like Eli in this world.

Booked for service in advance and even called a day before to confirmed the scheduled service date. Never showed up and when I called booking person told me I was scheduled for another day. Terrible service and never got a call back.

I had issue with my pax pipe leaking . Cford people knew what to do and fixed it so fast . Reasonable price too.Eli and Jason did good job !! Highly recommended.

We have been very happy with Ford Plumbing for almost 30 years! Eli came out tonight within 20 minutes of our call for an emergency repair. Repairs were done quickly. Don't bother calling anyone but Ford.

Terrible company. I called almost a week before my appt., asked what time they would be here, she said she couldn't tell me. The day of my appt, it's 11:30, called and left a message. They never called back. I called again and talked to a lady, Shelia. I said what time will they be here. She said, there doing another job and they'll just come to your house.I said I have dogs and I have to open the gate and she said she will call the tech and let him no. I waited all day for them and they never showed up and no one bothered to call me. Go with another company who wants to work, don't waste your time with this company

Extremely disappointed with the work completed or work not completed to start of the New Year. The company over priced the material planned, took the remaining material payed for. Used second hand material called for in the planning, and took the material payed for. Used an over priced ditch digger to put in a main line. Bad customer service to return service

Awesome plumbers! Charged me half of what I'd paid before for a new kitchen faucet! They also found a leak under the house which saved me a bundle! Great guys! My dogs even loved them! It's just refreshing to find nice honest people you can trust! I will call them again when I have a problem!

We had a plumbing problem with our toilet. Eli came out with another guy. Not only did they rectify our toilet problem they were also very efficient in fixing multiple blockages in multiple areas of the house due to hard water. Prices were reasonable and having a honest plumber who does the job right is absolutely worth a five star rating.
