Taffe Plumbing services my condo building. I had an appointment for a small non-emergency that I wanted to resolve since I had just purchased my condo. There was an emergency that day and the plumber was willing to come late in the evening. I decided to wait since it was late and the beginning of a holiday weekend. The following week, Barbara, who works in the office, very kindly scheduled a plumber for a specific time when I could be home. The plumber was on time and repaired the issue quickly. I am impressed with their customer service and attention to individual customers.
