They did not install our radiator correctly and as a result it would not work. We were told by another plumber that they did not use the correct radiator which they charged us for! Owner would not stand behind their work and wanted to charge to come out again to look at their own work that wasn't done right! I stopped using them and would never use or recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy that I called this company. I got excellent service at a very reasonable price. I will call them first whenever I need a plumber.

C&F was asked to clean out a stoppage in my kitchen sink and also hook up a slop sink in the basement. I received a bill for $950. They charged me $300 to snake the sink which took the guy 15 minutes, and another $400 to hook up the slop sink (the sink cost me $200) and ANOTHER $175 for the service call!!

Used to be decent.
Not even that anymore.
Bad news!!!!
Now, the owner is not reachable, unresponsive, and downright rude when he does pick up the phone. There are so many hardworking and respectful plumbers out there...I would choose any of them over C+F.

They sent a plumber to look at a leaking pipe in my basement. He sawed a hole in my ceiling but could not find the leak. He said to call back when I saw water again, then sent a $120 bill. When I saw water called him back and said I would prefer not to keep paying if he couldn't find the problem. He said ok and thought it was something in the attic with the ac. Said he would come back the next day with a ladder but never showed.
