I recently moved to Redlands and had few projects I wanted to get done. After searching and getting estimates, I ended choosing C&E plumbing. I am so glad I did as I felt that Cesar was responsive, provided me estimate in timely manner, honest, and provided quality work. Items that were worked on was installing garage disposal, installing new water line for ice maker, and installing bathroom vanity. With the water line, there were holes made and the quality drywall work done by his guys was amazing. I have couple other items to be done and I'll be calling Cesar when I get a chance to do them.

I had a non-urgent leaking sink and needed a reliable plumber to diagnose and repair the problem. I contacted C&E and they responded promptly with a quote from pictures. He came out, quickly found the issue -- It was leaking from the faucet body and required a new faucet. He quoted me a reasonable price to replace the faucet and correct the plumbing underneath the sink. He completed the work in two hours, including time to pick up the materials. Great work, highly recommended.

Taking a cold shower is the pits! Kept thinking, ""no big deal"", until I hopped in the shower once my hot water heater went out.. It totally blows and takes your breathe away! Hope to not have to do that again!

Ceaser responded back immediately when I called Sunday and was here today (less than 36 hour turnaround!).. Kept every single promise he gave me and was just an all around wonderful person! His teammate Hector was also top notch!

They had to endure my houses tiny basement but took it all in stride.. they used only commercial grade material including a Bradford White hot water heater!

Ceaser performed a walk through once he was done and guaranteed his work for a year and took the time to explain the manufactures warranty!

10/10 experience for using C & E Plumbing and Rooter, 0/10 experience for taking cold showers LOL

Very happy customer! My water heater died, I called Cesar, he already had jobs on this very hot Sunday, but heard my concern and made the time to come out same day. He diagnosed my ancient water heater and pipe valves (or lack there of), and was able to remove, fix/replace the piping and valves, and replace with a better unit at a reasonable price. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything. Cesar and Hector did an excellent job, very efficient, and everything was clean afterwards. His card is going on the fridge! Don't hesitate if you need service, call Cesar.
