My voicemail was returned promptly, and a date was set. They were booked out about 2 weeks which I expected. They gave me an hour heads up, and arrived exactly on time. Within a few minutes my front yard sprinkler system was up and running. I got a tutorial on how to use the system I've had for 10 years and could never figure out. Nice guys, quick and affordable. I would definitely recommend and use again!

What a joke. Dale could care less about your business. I waited 6 weeks for them to check my system only for them to give me 10 minutes of time and tell me what I already knew, the irrigation system is broken. He never calls back. Sends his son and some other random guy to do all the work. They never gave me a quote to fix it after waiting 2 weeks to hear back after they were at the house. I told him I wanted it completely fixed and apparently they are too busy to give quotes or even put you on the schedule to have service done. Screw this guy, hung up on me on the phone when I asked him why they hadn't contacted me at all. I agree with what others say here, they will just tell you to find someone else and be totally unprofessional in every way in the process. Don't waste your time.

I left a very detailed message, and repeated my phone number slowly at least 3 times....but never got a call back. They maybe the best sprinkler service around, but I have no way of knowing.

Easy contact, came out and looked at my sprinkler issues and attempted to fix on the spot. After more diag, he determined what was needed and came back the next day while I was at work and fixed the system.

I have used this service for 2 years without a problem, but last fall they never showed up to winterize my system. When I contacted Dale, the owner, instead of apologizing or offering to make the situation right, he told me: quote:""maybe it's time for us to part ways and for you to find someone else.""

DON""T BOTHER CALLING AS THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS; you will just waste time waiting and then have to find someone else :( About 2 years ago; this firm came out and fixed a leak short notice which I really appreciated (the owner's son and another guy who were personable and courteous). The cost was very reasonable so last year I requested backflow testing which the owner/father schedules after my other provider stopped doing them. I had to call twice, after getting a second notice from Camas, but it was done for $35 which is about the best price out there (perhaps they should raise the price and hire more staff). It took a couple of months until they invoiced me... So about 4 weeks ago, I left a vm asking they confirm they were doing the annual BF testing and ask if his son could come out to fix a sprinkler after a truck had crashed in my house and give me a bid on changing out one drip area to sprayers. No response so called again about 3 weeks ago and caught the owner; he said he would send someone out. Yesterday just received a second warning letter from Camas... so called someone else as I would prefer to not have my water turned off :(

Avoid using this service for backflow testing at all costs. The owner will not show up to do the work. 1 1/5 months after calling to set up our backflow system to be tested we realized that we had never received a bill for the work. When I called the owner, his excuse was that he had been too busy since ""the weather just broke"" but he was going to be in our area that weekend. I was confused about his weather comment as we have had an absolutely gorgeous spring but figured I would let him just do the job. 2 weeks later, I realized yet again that we hadn't received an invoice from him. He used the exact same excuse and when I called him on the ""weather break"" he was completely rude and told me to use someone else. Yes, I think I will.
