7 years ago, we had a leak in our front yard. A landscape company and a plumbing company that we hired took turns to dig around the yard without being able to diagnose the source of the leak. I reached out to Chris and scheduled an appointment. Before his team came, I noticed that the leak continued after we turned off the water main. I contacted Chris again who suggested that the leak may not be from our property and we should contact the water company first. He was totally right. The water company came out and fixed the problem the next day. Chris' free advice over the phone saved us from destroying the front yard and wasting a lot of money. Fast forward to last week, we heard water running but no one was using water. I reached out to Chris for help. He managed to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day. He and his partner showed up early and were able to detect the leak under the house within 15 minutes (They didn't even have to go down the crawl space!) Instead of charging me the 2 hour minimum fee that I had agreed to over the phone, he only charged me for 1 hour. Strongly recommend Chris and his company for their expertise and kindness.

Chris responded to our request to survey a property for existing utilities within 3 hours. Many thanks to Chris Jr. for helping me to troubleshoot a problem that multiple plumbers either could not or were unwilling to make the effort to solve. We lost water flow to an outdoor kitchen and automatic pool filler. We did not know the complete layout of the plumbing, only the plumbing we could see for the outdoor kitchen area and the pool equipment pad. Chris spent 35+ minutes on the phone listening to my explanation of the issue and what we had tried so far, including leak detection (no leaks found). Chris suggested another simple test to determine how the plumbing was run. His suggestion helped us (and our pool guy) to determine that the likely issue was a pressure reducing backflow valve on the other side of the house that others had disregarded as a possible part of the plumbing line in question. After my initial call, Chris invited me to call back and bounce questions off him as needed. I've rarely experienced this level of customer service.

I wish I had found C Cruze earlier, so I wouldn't waste the money and time with the other plumbing companies.

Chris is very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and a very good communicator.


They called me and let me know when they were on the way, arrived in my place on time. They quickly located the sewer lines and marked the location of the sewer lines for our Eichler house. Chris also explained to me the options for installing the sew clean outs.
