C&C Plumbing far exceeded any expectation I had. I called them the monday of thanksgiving week needing my tank pumped. I was worried about the upcoming holiday and emergency pricing after having called numerous other companies where I either got a voicemail or a rediculous price and avaialbility .The wonderful lady who answered the phone at C&C listened to my needs and difficult work schedule and then coordinated with her drivers. She had someone come pump my tank the very next morning at 8:30 am for WAY cheaper than anyone else in the tri-county area! The driver was very accomidating to our situation and was even thorough enough to use a hose and spray out the bottom of the tank to be sure it was completely clean after being pumped! I never thought I'd have such a wonderful experience dealing with such an inconvenient issue. I recommend C&C plumbing not only for the amazing pricing and prompt service but also for their courteous professionalism!!!!!!

I cannot speak for the plumbing part, but the septic inspection we got was twice as much as any other quote in the area, I came to find out. Let me explain
We were purchasing a FSBO, the owner ordered the inspection when he ordered the pumping, as there may have been an issue with the lines as there were several baby wipes in the septic. When the bill showed up it also had the Pumping date on it The total was $495. I asked the Front desk about the cost, she said it would have been $ 600 if the pumping were actually added.
WE came from Monterey CA and that higher than what we spent out there. The other places I called Charged $295 - $300 for inspections. Since I didn't order the inspection but paid it ( I also mentioned this to the front desk person, and received a vague reason). I did request a call from the owner of C & C to verify the charges but did not get a return call ( he ia a friend of the prior owner) Too bad I may have continued to do business with them. Or even referred them, but without communication on the bill that won't happen. Ill mention the title person also thought the price was higher than she had seen. So customer service not a big bonus for this company.

They have done a shower plumbing job, pumped a septic tank and installed a new water softener for us in the last couple months. We've been very happy with their customer service and work.

Had a failing septic pump for months now. Called a half dozen septic companies in Southern Maryland. Was blown off by half of them! C&C came out as scheduled and replaced the failing pump. Price for equipment and 3 hours labor was about average from what I can tell. The gentlemen that took care of the pump were friendly and knowledgable. I will look forward to working with C&C again.

Very nice on the phone, but didn't do their job right. Valued the money over their customer and we were told since we weren't happy customers (this was our first encounter with C&C Plumber) then we should find someone else. Wow! We would have used them as a return customer because they had exhibited good customer service and politeness. Amazing! Completely goes against what I have experienced from local southern Maryland business owners. Don't waste your time, as per their recommendation, go to someone else if you want to be a happy customer.
