Less than average experience with this company. Needed leaking connections on my well pump repaired. That's ALL that was wrong with it. Set up appt for after 3:00 yesterday. Guy who answers the phone said if they couldn't make it they would call. No one showed up, and no one called. Called them back this AM; phone guy was unaware they had never come out. They sent (and I got charged for) 2 guys, the repairman and his 'apprentice', who was being trained. While here, I heard the repairman on the phone w/someone from the office, telling him to 'make sure you check this' and 'make sure you check that'. Sounded like they were trying to run up the bill, and did not instill confidence in his abilities. They fixed it, replacing some parts like a brass spigot, that did not need replacement. Tried to claim the connections had melted from the pump overheating, which it NEVER did. It is almost new. When I called to complain about the charges (and service), phone guy told me none of this was possible b/c the repairman was the owner's grandson, and was one of their best! Really? During conversation, he mentioned that he has not yet passed his plumber's exam. The long and short of it is: my pump is fixed, but I was overcharged and have enough reservations about this company and their practices to never call them again.

I called for a few small jobs in our residence. The plumber came in a timely fashion, did all the jobs and explained everything as he went. The bill was very reasonable. You can't ask for better. C and C will be my go to from now on.

They replaced a couple of fittings to repair a minor leak, it probably took them all of 20-30 minutes and charged us almost 200.00..We called to discuss the bill with them, they said someone would call us back and they never did..We paid the bill but we'll never use them again.. I hope they enjoy their one time customers but that's not how you maintain a business in this day and age.

I am a disabled veteran trying to get an estimate on getting CCs help for preparing for a walk-in shower to be installed by Martin Marble, they told me to call him! I know they are busy but it has been weeks and no help. I am worried that the VA grant will expire before I can apply as I have to send them estimates to get it approved. Sorry

I had a water leak and Sebring utilities alerted me of excessive usage. C&C Plumbing came out to assess and referred me to Slew detectors. Next day they came out found the leak and C&C Plumbing showed up and fixed the leak and installed a water shut iff valve close to my house. First professional company I dealt with in Sebring that didn't want to take me to the cleaners but provided good honest service and reasonable prices. Kudos!

I messaged on. Saturday morning. They got right back with me and we scheduled for Monday afternoon. They gave me a 2 hour window but communicated with me several times in the morning to make sure all was good (mentioned we had just moved in and had a lot going on). The window was 12-2 but Nathan got there a bit before 12 and he was prompt, professional and courteous. My husband took him around the house to show him all that needed to be fixed and he wasted no time getting it all done. They have been in business over 40 years and have a great reputation so not sure what happened with the earlier review. I would definitely use this company again.
