This company was recommended to me as honest and affordable and I found this not to be the case.
When I called C&C, I explained the issue at my home (outside dripping faucet) and was given a loose quote for parts/labor if no major issues arose.
I was worried about being cheated, as this is the norm in my county if you're a widow and C&C assured me I was in good hands.
No issues of any kind - 2 people came out and 1 guy stood in my driveway 95% of the time waiting for the other guy to finish, which he did in about 20 minutes.
Received bill by mail - charged 1.5 HOURS labor at $80 an hour and I had to pay double what was quoted.
Cheated AGAIN.

During the course of homeownership, emergencies happen. And when I'm confronted with... Egads! There's water in the basement - or - oh crap, I thought I could hook up my new vanity on my own, NOT - to - most recently coming back from Florida and my house is an iceberg, you know you've got to call in a tradesperson. And if you start calling trades alphabetically, the answer to emergent services is like...we can get you in next week! Not so with C & C HVAC. They have been at my door within a few hours, are quick to diagnose and fix the problem before they leave. Cost wise is no complaint either. I feel their pricing is very fair and affordable. They have a contact card in my phone - and they'll be my first call.

If I could leave them a zero, I would! My mother has Dementia and this company put in a bladder tank for her. The bladder tank is not working and over 2 and a half weeks I left 3 messages on their voicemail and spoke to someone who answered the phone that told me to keep calling back until I get the owner to get a WARRANTY repair. Finally I called the emergency line and left a message and threatened to call the BBB since my mother has no water pressure and no water pressure means no hot water! He called me back and said I lied about calling his office and leaving messages and I told him I could show him my call records! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Does not return calls!
