I've had bad experiences with plumbers in the past so I was a bit hesitant to pick a company without knowing much about them. The team from C & C was quick to respond, efficient and thorough. They honored the quote they gave me even though there was a bit more work than originally anticipated. I can highly recommend C & C and although I hope to not need a plumber again anytime soon, if I do I will be calling them again.

So I had no hot water so I called to request someone to come out. There was a scheduling mishap and when my initial appointment window was missed, Ryan called to say he was at another job but would be heading my way as soon as he was done. He wanted to get some information from me to ensure he was prepared when he arrived. To make a long story short, he quickly figured out that the pilot had gone out on my water heater and talked me through relighting it myself on the phone. 30 minutes later I have hot water, and Ryan didn't even have to come out and it didn't cost me a dime! You just don;t get better than that.

After experiencing a sudden leak in my guest bathroom sink, I contacted C & C this morning just after 7:00. To my relief they told me they could come out today between 2:00 and 4:00. I receive a text shortly before 2:00 from Curtis, to let me know he wouldn't be able to make it until shortly after 4. When he arrived, the problem was fixed within 10 minutes, without even requiring a tool (and without making me feel like an idiot). Curtis said that the call would be no charge, which totally surprised me, since I expected at least $50 or $60 just for coming out. I'm very happy to recommend this company.

Ryan came over took care of the drain issue we had in the MasterBath and also changed out toilet tank internal parts. He was a little late which was why it didn't earn a 5 star. But took care of the job in a timely manner with No up-sells. It was a job I could've done myself if I had the time to do it.

Cameron was amazing. I had him install a Toto Neorest 700h. The toilet had some missing parts, but Cameron was able to procure the parts and had them the next day. It was great service! He showed up on time both times as well. I'm particularly impressed with his attention to detail. He measured everything multiple times and only cut once. It was a quality job. He kept me informed and was very professional. I have found my plumber. At the end of the day, the job was done. The worksite was clean. He threw away all the boxes. No drips or trash. Caulking was straight. Solutions with no drama. What else can i ask for?
