It's such a great feeling when you have a person come to your house & do work & you feel like you got the best possible service. Today Mark, who works for Curtis at Nelson CC plumbing, came out & replaced 2 bathroom faucets, got the stink out of the sink & fixed the kitchen faucet that had become loose at my mom's home. My mom had the previous plumbing company take advantage of her. With Nelson plumbing I feel like they will take care of her plumbing problems & I don't have to worry about her being taken advantage of.

Mark was great. He was on time, gave me a call to let me know when he'd be there, took care of a difficult sink and faucet problem & left the place clean when he was finished.

My mom was delighted with Mark, she feels better now knowing she has a plumbing company she can trust.

I randomly chose this place for my plumbing issue half based on reviews the other on proximity to my house.
I called and was told that they would return my call with a 2 hour window. They called back within 10 minutes with a 2 hour window...so far so good!

My issue was that I had lost water pressure in my bathroom sink. He arrived within the first half hour of the scheduled window and was very personable. I showed him the bathroom sink where the problem was. I admit, it's a bit embarrassing what the issue ended up being but at the same time I'm glad it was a very minor issue.
Turns out there was a piece of plastic that got through the water lines and was just blocking the filter screen.
He said he wished all of his calls were this easy and went on his way. I asked if there was a service charge and he said no. Awesome!
I will definitely be using Nelson CC Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues. Great customer service!

CC Nelson is the way to go. Straight shooters, competitively priced, and they know what they're doing. I've been using them for years on different properties for everything from shower valve replacements, to bathtub replacements, to a complete home re-piping job (replacing the infamous Quest plastic piping with copper throughout).
