I used C&C to install a new water softener the first time. Total cost was about $2100 and included bringing the new softener, installation and hauling away the old one. A second bid was similar. Technician was pleasant and professional - explained the work to be performed without a lot of pressure or add-on's. I was pleased and reached out to C&C again to flush the hot water heater. Cost was $125 (hourly rate) and I received a Christmas coupon for $50.00 off. Again, plumbing tech was prompt, tidy, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!

I've used C&C several times now for my 100 year old house. Friendly and conscientious workers. The employees are always careful of not making a mess, putting on booties before entering my house. They will patiently and informatively provide explanations & provide estimate up front. They're my first call for any household plumbing needs.

Does not stand by their guarantee. I called for water backing up in my garage drain and I was pleased with the price given. Plumber ran the snake and found wet wipes. The following day water was backed up again, so I called to let them know. The owner (Mike, I assume) told me that they most likely will have to run a camera, I was fine with it. When I got home I was charged for the scope and running the snake. I'm fine with paying for the scoping, but for running the snake again I did not agree. I called again and he told me that he does not guarantee for wet wipes or tree roots, I read the terms and no where does it state that. If they do not guarantee wet wipe clogs, how come the plumber didn't let me know that it will probably clog again and suggested what to do. They're the experts not me. If I would've been home I wouldn't have paid for the snaking, my wife was the one home and knew nothing about it. When I spoke with Mike I assumed I would get charged for running the camera, not running the snake again. Apparently he does not stand behind his work, he changed his guarantee as he sees fit for him, no integrity what so ever. So be careful when you get a price, what was to be $140 ended up being $440. Like I said, I don't mind paying for services rendered, but for something that was not done properly and have to pay again is ridiculous.
