Called them on Wednesday and they got here right as scheduled on Thursday. Henry diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed about 30 minutes later. He let me know what to watch for and what I could do to keep it from happening again. The cost was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend CB.

We had a plugged shower drain and called around to get quotes. Most places quoted $200 just to come out and snake the drain for 15 minutes. We found CB Rooter and Plumbing and they were able to get us an appointment in a couple days. Henry and his partner came out and assessed the problem in 10 minutes. Henry took the time to give me pointers and information about my particular plumbing system which I really appreciated.

Henry and his trainee cleared the drain in approximately 20 minutes and Henry even helped me fix my shower/tub fittings.

Henry and his partner went above and beyond to meet my service needs and even gave me a guarantee on the work he did and advice how to work on my fittings. Henry's price was 1/4 of what I was quoted by several other companies. I would highly recommend having CB Rooting & Plumbing service your plumbing needs.

We called them the day before Thanksgiving. It was around 3 pm and they showed up within the hour. Our water was backing up into our bathtub. They fixed the problem quickly and the price was affordable. We really appreciated the work they did, the price and the timely manor in which they did it. Would recommend them to family and friends!

Had a drain stoppage on the main outside the house in East Sac. Browsed Yelp and decided on CB Rooter and Plumbing because they were located downtown and the reviews indicated that the service was very helpful. Called CB Rooter first thing in the morning. Henry showed-up about an hour later. He cleared the blockage, gave some great advise, and was gone in like fifteen minutes. Henry is very knowledgeable and personable and the price was reasonable. I wish I had more to say, but the encounter was so short there wasn't any more to it. I will definitely call CB Rooter and Plumbing if I need rooter or plumbing again.

Chuck is the man! He is of high integrity - respectful - honest - extremely capable. Our leaky shower faucet was fixed in fine fashion! Other inadequate plumbers had tried, but within 3 months we were always back to the same old drizzle. Thank you, caballero Chuck.

First off, my landlord stated I needed to use these guys. No problem.

Second, these guys would have received a 4 star if it weren't for a couple of mix-ups.

I called late on a Thursday afternoon for an appointment to fix my plugged up kitchen sink. They didn't have any openings, but said they could come out Friday afternoon. We set an appointment for 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

I get a call from my roommate letting me know that they forgot to write the appointment down and were booked. They could make it out between 9 and 10 a.m. on Saturday. I called after hours and left a message to confirm (and my cell number if they needed to call me).

Saturday morning comes around and I get a text from my roommate about a quarter to 10 saying they had the address written down as being in Rocklin (I live in Land Park). So, they should up at 10:30ish. Not a problem, more sleep for me!

Now, onto the good...

Chuck and ?? (I didn't get the other guy's name) did a great job. They were clean, respectful, efficient and got my sink unplugged! My pipes were decently clogged so the snaking took a bit longer. They also needed to replace a portion of the drain pipe (rusted pretty bad and wouldn't have provided a good seal if they just put it back).

So, after an hour's work and a new section of drain pipe, I walked away with a bill of $52.50. Nice fellas and pending new landlord permission, will have them back to fix some leaky faucets!

(PS - Talking about pipes is dirty talk...plugs, drains, snaking, hairballs and grease!)
