DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER - WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PERFORM REPAIRS - CB Plumbing was initially called out to repair a gas leak (which was a loose bolt and repaired in under 5 minutes) and to repair a leaking toilet (which is still leaking/broken). This company never gave us a price quote or expectation prior to performing the requested repairs. After ""fixing"" the toilet and gas line they charged us $225 which we paid in cash and received a receipt. The same day, the toilet started making loud flushing noises and when we went to inspect we noticed they scuffed/scraped the walls while repairing the toilet and failed to inform us. We called them back to re-attempt the toilet repair FIVE ADDITIONAL TIMES. They kept showing up with the incorrect parts, no parts at all, and promising it was repaired. After six attempts to repair I called the business owner and asked for a partial refund ($110 which is half of the job they were hired to do). The owner told me to ""shut up"", that they ""had the damn part"" and to ""stop giving him a hard time"" before hanging up on me and blocking my phone. After calling him with a secondary line he answered and then hung up once realizing it was me calling. The repairmen that visited were extremely unprofessional, did not wear PPE, did not socially distance, made several political/health comments while they were in our home, were extremely inappropriate while speaking with my girlfriend, and at the end of the day did nothing but worsen the existing issue. We still have not received any refund and the business owner does not answer my calls. This company is a sham. The owner is unprofessional, ignorant, and racist. Their pricing is outrageous and they do not even give their customers a quote/expectation prior to performing their ""repairs"". Would never recommend this company to anyone and would not be surprised or shocked if they were not actually licensed or insured. They never give you an estimated time of arrival and just walk into your house without your permission. Terrible experience overall.
