Very friendly to deal with at first. But, while installing my septic tank, they hit a gas line and said it was a water line, they then covered it up. When I got home that evening I had a gas leak and had to get the gas turned off. The next day I contacted Charles and he was not willing to come out or even give me advice as to what to do. He and his wife (office manager) avoided my calls for 3 days and were very rude. It ended up costing me $2000 in gas line repairs The water line was a gas line! I would never recommend them due to the lack of professionalism they showed.
